Of course an ai company CEO would want military to adopt ai products. It’s not about being better for anyone, it’s about selling a product. They just want more money and control in politics.
You don't have to be the CEO of an ai tech company to realize that drone warfare (ie autonomous ai driven flying) is impacting the battlefield already.

The aliens are ahead of China in AI.
Depends on which species. If there are a fairly large number of advanced space faring civilizations it would be reasonable to assume that some would have evolved biological intelligence superior to our own. Like it took humans less time for our brains to evolve in size from lower apes than it took dolphins brains because the environmental pressures led to intelligence evolving faster on land. It is possible a species could evolve in an even shorter time to have a higher biological intelligence than humans on an individual basis. Computer technological development has been achieved by humans because we have the minimum intelligence distribution, population size, sociability, and information storage to collectively take last years innovations and use them to make next years. Large companies are super intelligent organizations of humans and computers so no one human know how to make an iPhone. Our computer development is largely due to gradual advances in technology so time is as big a factor as humans having the intelligence to do so.
Humans did a significant amount of engineering before computers got good. So the SR-71 was largely designed using slide rules with no or almost no computer designing.
So if you assume that intelligent aliens are even moderately common it is not outside the realm of possibility that a species could evolve rapidly to where they have figured out interstellar space travel before they went thru the process of gradually developing advanced generations of computer technology and AI.
In fact more advanced biological life forms might have had more wisdom to not develop the kinds of fully autonomous AI that might destroy humanity.
So while it is highly unlikely China would have more advanced AI than an Alien Species capable of interstellar travel it is certainly possible there would be be at least one species in the universe that has achieved interstellar travel that does not have super advanced AI, just as we got to the moon with limited custom purpose computers.
@@Cant_find_good_Handle I think humans are hybrid alien. That's what the ancient humans say and there are worldwide cultures that believe in some feathered dragon/serpent. The whole disclosure about aliens going on in the world maybe be a precursor to the realization that there are aliens that created humans to be a slave race. Perhaps there are other aliens as well. I don't think humans rapidly evolved on their own from Neanderthals all the other subspecies.

Read the article from the Washington Post that states Scale AI does not pay it’s global workers as they deserve. It turns out he cheats them out of the money they work for. I hope he directs his company to now pay his global workers the fees they have worked for, deserve and need. WP article 8/28/23.
