This film is 3 hours long and there is not a single scene that isn't top tier. It's unmatchable
outlaw josey wales is similar, scene by scene, fanstastic cinema.
possibly the best movie ever made
Got it on d.v.d. and outlaw Josey Wales..and many Others..👌😊
Dovrebbero clonare Clint e tutti gli altri..film veramente strameravigliosi.❤..non come quelli di oggi!!!non c'è assolutamente paragone
Every clip looks like meme
Just like revenge of sith
This is when Tuco learned:
If you have to shoot, shoot. Don’t talk!
Nope. Later he gets the drop on Blondie again. And talks him through the desert.

"There are two kinds of spurs, my friend. Those that come in by the door and those that come in by the window." Later in the movie, Blondie mocks Tuco with a similar line: "There are two kinds of people in the world, my friend. Those with loaded guns and those who dig."
You dig....
I used to work in a pasta factory. Sometimes the operators would forget to check their dough mixers and instead of a nice crumbly pasta dough they would find this incredibly wet, stretched out dough that had completely clogged up their mixer and as their boss it was always fun to say, “There are two kinds of people in the world my friend. Those who watch their mixers and those who dig. You dig.” Depending on how long it had been gummed up for it could be hours before the mixer had been cleared and during that time I was able to use my other favorite phrase, “Ain’t you done yet? What’s the holdup?” I could only imagine Blondie saying that to Tuco.
OMG! The best western movie I've seen when I was in my early twenties OMG! 😊
He say it even before that in the movie, there are two types of people, those who hang in the rope and those who cut it down, referring to when Blondie shots the rope for their bounty scam
Yeah,G, Love this movie ,One of the all time greats
It's hard to make a loveable and sometimes funny bad guy that u even feel sorry for at times, but Tuco is that perfect package!
Tuco is one of the best characters ever conceived and portrayed.
I keep saying the same thing, I want someone to name a better Western character than Tuco
My favorite western character of all time is Dr. King Shultz portrayed by Christopher Waltz in Django Unchained. All around awesome character!
@@ComedyBros5 Tuco is better.
@@ComedyBros5 A great actor sure, but the character is not even close to Tuco in depth and scope.
Tuco v2.0 is recreated in "Breaking Bad"
Eli Wallach......one of the very best!
My sister met him in a grocery store in NY city quite a few years ago. He saw her looking at him & he walked up and said,” yeah, it’s me “! Lol sis told him she loved his work! True story

I love that line:"If you're gonna shoot, shoot, don't talk"!
This is such a brilliant scene. Every nuisance is shown to perfection. The work of a Master Director.
The great Sergio Leone!
YES but these days they are obsessed over demographics and writing and direction a distant second!
@@rossdawgsbrokenspirit9038 Today Blondie would be a black transexual, and Tuco would be a woman
Nuance i think but yes 😎
@@rossdawgsbrokenspirit9038 The protagonist is a Mexican bandit.
This is not a movie, it’s art.
The music is where its at.
Actually it’s science with a little tweak of chemistry.
All cinema of above a certain quality threshold is "art"...
This is everything: art, literature, whatever you like to call.
I think Once Upon a Time in The West is the real art out of the Sergio Leone films. This Dollars trilogy is amazing, but Once Upon a Time is incredible!
Clint Eastwood's eyes are as sharp as eagles. Love them.
According to Burt Reynolds, he & Clint went to their first acting class together - the teacher said Burt couldn't act, and Clint had silly squinty eyes & his epiglottis was too big. As they were walking together afterwards, Burt said to Clint "I'd rather be in my shoes than yours". Clint said "why?". Burt said "I can learn to act". 🤣🤣🤣
This movie was released 25 years before my birth yet here I am again. An all time classic
News for you. Hudreds of years way into the future people will be re-discovering this movie over and over again. It will still be considered a Masterpiece. That is the beauty of Movies like this. Once it is put together and saved -- it will be forever to be enjoyed by future generations.

Eastwoods fearsome squint will never be forgotten.
My dad introduced my brother and I to Clint Eastwood movies. The westerns are especially AWESOME!
I grew up on Clint Eastwood Westerns and felt my dad I bonded that way and we would watch Dirty Harry series, In The Line Of Fire among others to. The westerns were what we watched the most including The Outlaw Josey Wales, High Plains Drifter, The Dollars Trilogy, Pale Rider and Unforgiven were definitely watched on weekends.

Tuco treated his family, friends and enemies in the exact same way.
True 😂
I love the shirt Clint Eastwood is wearing in this scene
best outfit besides the poncho
I'm always amused by the self-contained cartridge anachronisms in this movie as well as desert warfare between swarthy looking Union and Confederate armies. Having said that, one of the greatest Westerns of all time, in no small part due to the talents of Ennio Morricone.
When you watch this movie you can not blink your eyes. What phenomenal that movie is. This sort of movie no one can make Sergio, and his staff you beauty .
Scholarly example of masterful editing of movement, sound and timing. Moviemaking at its finest!
This film is a masterpiece.
There's two kinds of spurs my friend those who come through the door and those that come through the window. Tuco just sacrificed his three brothers in arms, he didn't care. Revenge and 💰💰 were on his mind. Classic western.
Those guys were not Tuco's brothers they were amigos. His only brother was a priest, and he had an unpleasant reunion with him.
I love how he does the cross sign
U know wats crazy is that I was scrolling down the comments and I was saw your comment right when Tuco says those lines at the right time while I was watching lol
Eli Wallach shoulda won the Oscar.
No body can not be like Clint Estwood before and after.great movie actor ever seen.
Brilliant film. Sergio Leone was a creator of masterpieces. Once Upon a Time in the West is another masterpiece
Eli Wallach ...great actor.... Met him in Manhattan... West 30th Street ....volunteering at a church food drive in the 90s...😊
Talk about a director ahead of his time. There was nothing being shot like this in the 60s, and it would be well into the 70s and 80s before this style of filmmaking and editing would become commonplace.
Exactly
We've memorized every line on Blondie's face, every hair, every twitch 🤗😍
I always admire Clint Eastwood in the greatest movie in 57 years ago that a classic movie as he always looks so fine with ages ❤😊🥰🙏😇✨️😘💯🔥🫶😉🙌👏
Client Eastwood:What a handsome cool, and charismatic actor
Probably the best western ever made.
Eli Wallach really makes Tuco live up to his nickname, The Rat. An outlaw willing to go to any lengths to survive
Tuco says: "There are two kinds of spurs, those who come through the door and those who come through the window."
Much later in the movie Blondie says: " There are two kinds of man... those with guns and those who dig." ...and as a bonus: "....you dig!".
Brilliant! 🤠🤠
One of the best westerns ever made!
That and unforegiven
This scene is beyond perfect.

So Tuco sacrificed the lives of 3 men for 1 'Pig' 🤣😅

A revolver is a pistol. Pistol is a handgun. A CZ75 is a pistol as is a 1911, as is a S&W No 3, as is a 66, subcategories are revolver , both percussion and cartridge, semi automatic, and single shot flintlock or percussion. Even a TC contender can be a pistol.
There seems to be confusion on those new to firearms.
The dialogue ever said pistol.
Only two? Slacker!
The Clint Eastwood character is often just like the Road Runner. Just when he appears to be at the end of his rope, pun intended, something happens to save him.
Always amused me when he used to call him Blondie when he had brown hair and virtually the same colour as his..lol
It's pretty close to blond especially out in the sun
his hair is dirty blonde
His skin is white
So is Tuco’s and Angel Eyes, lol
I was 1 years old when this movie came out and it is still on of the best westerns ever
For Christ's sake how many times am I gonna continue watching the same clips of movies like this over and over?? Between Clint and Tombstone, I've wasted a year, rather invested a year of my life.
Even the back story on the making of this movie is incredible.
Incredible movie. One of the best and one of my favourite. Acting can't be better. For me it's very interesting and i can't completely understand Clint's character "Blonde". At 6:21 he is so calm, like he know everything will be allright. In every difficult situation, he is professional and calm at highest point. He's not even trying to do something (fight), like he is ready to die without problem. In other hand Tuco beg for life like we all would.
Watch other two prequel movies to understand Clint's character

Only a handful of Hollywood legends from the golden age are alive, the day we lose Clint Eastwood we lose the Hollywood of that era.
Musics were important rools in this movie.. The cowboy fans will never forget this movie's

Eli Wallach steals this movie.
I loved all the touches in this movie that bordered on the supernatural.
They really have westerns a sort of medieval fantasy treatment. Desolate land, hardworking people, corrupt local leaders, and a hero wandering across the landscape who takes on the resident bad guy and always ends up on top.
Supernatural? Lol please explain...
FINALLY !!! A DAY TO CELEBRATE !!! IT ONLY TOOK ME TEN YEARS TO CATCH THEM !!!

" There are two kinds of spurs my friend " followed by the sign of the cross. 🤣🤣❗
what an incredible job silently building tension. modern movies don't have a clue

Tuco was in high spirits despite his three amigos shot by Blondie.
He used them as bait.
Tuco had no amigos. Tuco's only amigo was Tuco.
He was about to have a pig for supper.

I love the shirt that Blondie is wearing in this scene
Surprising inaccuracy, belts weren’t used to hold up pant until the 1910-1920s. But Blondie used one like this, and so do much other characters in this film, still a straight 10/10

One of the best desperato movies of all time.
Look at the size of this production. No CGI here.
I saw this movie 38 years ago it was banned in our country south Africa for many years it was only released in our country in 1975 or 1976 this movie was made by the maestro Sergio Leone it all be remembered by many movie fans
Why was this movie banned?
I'm South African too and watched it in the early 80s as a young lad, and twice again in the past 10 years. I didn't know it was once banned in SA.
One could argue that Tuco got his start in "The Magnificent Seven" as Calvera and then later polished him into the gem that he would become!
