My problem is a little more complicated: I have a downloadable content that I already redeemed its code on ps4. Now I'm playing the game on ps5 and says that the downloadable content has to be purchased again to be in the game, but no matter how many times I write in the code, it tells me that the prepaid card could not be redeemed and that I should try it again later, and not that I can't redeem it because it has already been used. It's kinda strange.
If it's the same code you redeemed on the PS4, I don't think it can be used again on the PS5. You have to rebuy the content, or they may allow you to redownload the content for free from the store.

I know this seems obvious and it makes me feel very stupid, but make sure you triple check that you've scratched the cards off fully. I was having trouble trying to redeem a code for a while until I realized one of the Os was a Q, but the code font makes it very hard to see this without scratching literally all of the obscuring material off.

2 years ago I bought watch dogs 2 gold edition from Rebuy.
There where 2 codes one was the season pass and the other was some outfits.
The one with outfits worked but the season pass got a error and then it said it was already used but in my transaction history it wasn't there.

Same issue for my nephew, I bought him a 100$ for his PS5 it shows the value but says incorrect or no longer valid. I'm calling the store tomorrow to see if they forgot to activate it.
So yeah the store forgot to activate the card. They gave me a smaller receipt which is a proof of activation, they said i was supposed to have a proof on the initial purchase and there is no wait time from activation to redeem. I called my nephew 5min after and he was able to add the funds. Hope this helps.

But if i make another accaunt in region where im,for example cod points,when i reedem that code on new accaunt can i have that cod points on my main accaunt ?
I'm not familiar with how COD points work, but in terms of PS gift card money, there is no legal way to transfer funds from one account to another.

Bought a card got the charge kept getting the error code. Code is correct hasn't been redeemed, literally tells me how much is on the card ....won't go through. Keeps saying try again later. What kind of card is it? Sony would only have a 12 digit code for cards that are redeemable for cash, and 10 digit ones for discount codes at checkout. Anything other than that cannot be redeemed through the PS Store. You may have grabbed one of the many other codes (like the activation code) that comes with a transaction.
Its actually a 25 dollar playstation giftcard but it has 16 digits instead of 12
