what i share today is to a new trendy red be cake eggless and without oven.
1.for red velvet cake: in a mixing bowl, pour quarter cup curd, quarter cup water, half cup sugar, three tbsp oil, one tsp vanilla essense and red food colour (i use chefmaster super red colour). and mix well untill combined.
2.then add one cup maida, half tsp
baking powder, half tsp cocoa powder, pinch of salt.
3.add three tbsp water and fold gradually untill combined ( you should not be over mixing).
4.grease the fry pan.and pour the mix then spread evenly.then bake 15-20 minutes.
1.for vanilla cake: in a mixing bowl
pour half cup water, half cup sugar, three tbsp oil, one tsp vanilla essense.
mix well.
2.then add 3/4 cup maida, half tsp baking powder pincj of satl, pinch of baking soda.
3.mix gradually and add three tbsp milk powder.
4.grease the fry pan.and pour the mix then spread evenly.then bake 15-20 minutes.
1.for chocolate cake: in a mixing bowl,
three tbsp butter, two tbsp oil, half cup condensed milk.mix well then add 1 tsp vanilla essense.
2. then add half cup maida, half tsp baking powder, pinch of soda, pinch of salt, quarter cup cocoa powder.
3.then add six tbsp milk (should be not cold).mix gradually.
4.grease the fry pan.and pour the mix then spread evenly.then bake 15-20 minutes.
5.let it cool the cake.
6.in a bowl pour one cup whipping cream and three tbsp sugar powder.
beat untill stiff peak form.
7.cut the cake (round shape).
8.cover the cake with whipping cream.
then freeze twenty minutes.
9.for white chocolate ganach:in a dry bowl put one cup white chocolate, quarter cup whipping cream, one tbsp butter.melt.
10.in another bowl, put twenty gm dark chocolate, pour one tbsp whipping cream, and half tsp butter.(melt)
11.pour the hot chocolate into the cooled cake. design like the video.
