Hiking to Delta Lake at The Grand Tetons National Park. A hidden gem in the park.

- We only had one day to do a hike at the Grand Tetons National Park. After doing a lot searching I came across the Hike to Delta Lake and immediately knew that was the hike we must do! According to many articles Delta Lake was considered the Hidden Gem and the Instagram worthy hike! Although part of this hike is not taken care of by the National Park, I highly suggest taking on this adventure. It was an 8 miles hike with many switchbacks and then climbing boulders at the end, but it is totally WORTH IT!

It sure is beautiful. We’re planning a trip to Grand Teton in early July, but I’m not sure we can hike all the way here. Looks quite challenging like you said.

Hi! How long did it take you guys to hike Delta Lake roundtrip? Did y’all see grizzly bears?
It took us about 6 hours but we hung out at the top for a while! :) and no we did not see any grizzlies…thankfully! 🐻
Your man should have been packing some bear spray and a chest rig with a Glock 20 10mm pistol.

Curious what equipment you were using for filming? GoPro? Version? What kind of selfie stick? I am always trying to lighten the load, while still getting good video. Thx!
Using a GoPro 10. It’s so easy and little it works great for filming on a hike. And I got the selfie stick off Amazon. It would perfect if your trying to keep the load light. :)

At the end of June is when we went. I am BEYOND excited for you! It is such a magical hike! A little challenging but worth every struggle, once you get to the top it is absolutely breathtaking. I was lost for words, it doesn't even look real.
Where did you stay? We are planning on going at the end of June this year? Any nearby accommodations?
