Soaked chickpeas(kabuli chana) - 1 cup
Kasuri methi(fenugreek) - 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chana masala - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 9-10 nos.
Cardamom(elaichi) - 2 nos.
Star anise - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(hing) - 1 pinch
Desi ghee - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4-5 nos.
Bay leaf - 1
Tomato - 2 medium
Onion - 2 small
Garlic - 7-8 nos.
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilli - 2
Dry red chilli - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Salt to taste

i made this today and to be honest! It turned out the best chole I have ever cooked. I am sticking to this forever. I didnt pressurize it at the end cuz chole was already boiled instead just let it simmer in the pot for 15 mins and it was soooooooo good.
