Thanks for the video, that jig is now on my list. The Mark VIII's have larger front brakes that were also used on 96 and 97 thunderbird with the sport option.
With the Mark Viii spec spindles, after the SN95 hub change, you can run 13" Cobra rotors and Cobra dual piston calipers and brackets on the cheap. But you're prob going to need 17's. I was going to do that to my 94 Lincoln Mark Viii, but instead of the 13s, I'm going with 14" GT500 Mustang s197 rotors with s197 dual piston calipers. W/bracket relocation kit. Will be running 18s to clear. I will beef up the rears to gt500 also. The setup will really help stop this lead Sled!
I'll have content soon on front brake calipers. I recently pickup up caddy brembos, relocation mounting kit and a gt500 front rotors. Anything is better than the OEM front calipers for sure.

I have been contemplating the mustang hub swap on my SC. I picked up all the parts to do the PBR brake swap so maybe I'll plan the hubs at the same time.
I have always been curious about doing this swap. I see how easy and cheap it is. I want to go with a set of 18 245's on all corners and lower the car. I'm still trying to find the right rim and i'm calling it Euro muscle, a rim that has kind of euro looks but also matches the cars "muscle" soul. A few i have spotted, but until that day happens i'll keep window shopping
It it does, i was thinking of just finding some rims that would bolt up, nothing and or too expensive. I'll have to start sourcing some parts. I read that you have to modify the rear knuckle when doing the hub swap on the rear. @@628productions
Do you know why my drivers side rear wheel tilts in at the top ? It wears the tire out on the inside edge ... Thank you in advance . I have two 95s .. What about wheel adapters instead of what you did ?
I know these cars are prone to do that if they're lowered as the upper control arm mount doesn't really accommodate the change in geometry. Bill at Super Coupe Performance sells a tubular control arm that fixes that. I've never used hub adapters so no experience to answer. 🤙🏼
many paths to different things... installing a Chrysler AAM in a tbird is a 2 week shop job not a hobby 😫 honest pain filled experience. but the thing is ratted for a 800lbft diesel truck engine with a 12.4 first gear end ratio and a 13.6 option being 11'000lbft at the wheel. distilled non-sense
pls keep doing these i have a 96 t bird and plan on restoring mine as well, so far i have a complete suspension overhaul

The right rim definitely makes or breaks the look of these cars. 5x4.5 though expands options 10 fold with everything out their for the Mustangs.

15in wheels were a stock option on the 3.8 v6 cars. Id assume it would all depend on what brake setup you're running for clearance.
