Hello Doc , after a year I gave birth Hello Doc,I started taking evening primrose oil supplements about a month ago to see if they helped my skin and hormonal breakouts. I'm not really sure if they've had any effect but ANYWAYS - I was just prescribed spiro by my dermatologist and I was wondering if it's still ok to take the supplements since both spiro and EPO are supposed to influence your hormones? I'll probably email my derm as well but sometimes she takes a while to respond and I'd like to find out soon since I started taking the spiro but am holding off on the EPO for now.
