Primrose is good for hormonal imbalance, acne and menauposal while omega fish oil is good for the heart and joints.

@@lennyl8365 as I know the blackmore evening primrose oil have 1000mg n blackmore fish oil have 1000mg if I buy it separately.... and they also selling the combination of evening primerose oil + Fish oil so they is 500mg each..... as I want to take the supplement fo my PMS and hormone.... which one should I buy? Should I take more dosage by buying it separately or just buy the combination??? Sometimes i just get confuse because some pharmacies tell me not to buy a high dosage for example VitaminC 500mg is enough... because 1000mg is too high and the body no need that much.... so I want to hear your expert advice about this issue thank you 😊
@@zahramansourah8009 for PMS only primrose.. 500, 1300.. if you like take both at the same time.. take them separately for maximise the absorption.

i bought the watsons evening primerose oil but just realised that it contains gelatin (bovine source), researched if its halal and they said the animal used is cow and it is only halal if the animal is slaughtered in halal manner, now idk if i can take this supplement 😔
