ISEP is a private university so fees would be high. Try for public universities first as they are much affordable compared to any private uni.

I do not know much about this agriculture field, but please check situation from LinkedIn and job portals to get an idea about job situation. However, you can get settled in most of the EU universities if you find a professional/field job or start a profitable business

I have conducted extensive research on Finland and Denmark, but I am unsure about Switzerland, Sweden, Netherlands and France. I am wondering which country would be better for a middle-class family seeking scholarship opportunities, aside from permanent residency. Although I have a strong academic background, I would appreciate any insights you may have on these countries.
If you are confused then pls choose according to mentioned points in video. Further, you would have to visit Ethiopia atm to apply for Swedish permit, so it is up to you to apply. Switzerland, Netherland, Germany are quite good options, especially if you move to any German speaking countries (Switzerland, part of Belgium, Austria) as it can benefit you in long run.

What about Hungary 🇭🇺? Is it good country for settlement and jobs? What's your opinion on that?
If you have some other option then go for it otherwise base it on scholarship, programme etc. Generally, don't go for east European countries due to several reasons. If you can find something in north or west European countries then always make it a priority.

There are only a few vocational courses that are offered in English. If you have an interest in diploma then do look for it. Degree is a good option especially in the healthcare or IT area.

You can try for Austria, Belgium, France, if you do it yourself then you won't waste money. Generally, it is free to apply so please do proper research and shortlist courses based on your interest, scholarship options, embassy or visa situation and career opportunities. It might take your one or two days but it will help you immensely.

Finland's admission are opened atm, but your budget is quite low for most of the western and northern European countries. You can study at very low cost in Germany and Austria, but a blocked account is needed and a german level skill of B1 for Germany.
