    1 cup cottage cheese and 2 eggs blend pour on lined parchment cookie sheet pan spray parchment before pouring it on

      I think I would use "anything but the bagel". Pizza sounds like a great use for this recipe.

      Can it be Lactaid Cottage Cheese. Or does it have to regular Cottage Cheese. Mine stick to parchment didn't spray

    I've made something similar with eggs cream cheese and parmesan baked the same way on parchment and used as lasagna noodles for a low carb lasagna.

      @@makeoversbymeme2077 1 block cream cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Mozzerella cheese. Soften cream cheese, blend all ingredients in blender or by hand. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until slightly brown, 10-15 minutes. Cut into strips or desired size for use.

      It’s closer to omelette than it is bread. Omelette can be made into “wraps” just more this. This is definitely NOT a flatbread even a better descriptor, omelette, exists.

    Have not tried this, but tried cauliflower bread, 3 ingredients 🥑 bread and both are 🤮 wasted ingredients and effort.

    Can I ask something? Does it taste like an actual wrap or does it taste like you wrapped scrambled eggs with cheese around your tuna? No shade but I'm hesitant to even try because it feels like what you will get flavor wise will conceptually be much different than the transposed name on the concept.

      Personally I don’t think it tastes eggy and it doesn’t have the same texture as an omelette. Just make sure you don’t over blend it.

    I’ve made this a few times, but the first time, evidently didn’t get blended till smooth, cause it was obviously scrambled egg. But I persisted, the trick is the spices you use for flavor, and blend, blend, blend. I use it for hotdog buns o😊n carnivore days

      I don’t think so! The cheese melts and binds together along with the egg. I doubt it would work with the same proportions using Greek yogurt

      No, I just baked it and then peeled it off of the parchment paper when it was done. Both sides will brown

    I followed your recipe to the T
    but the goddamn thing stuck to the parchment paper you might want to redo this and say to spray it with avocado oil or some other kind of spray oil. I am 100% Italian. I’m a fabulous cook and I own a cookie business for 30 years. I know what I’m doing so please incorporate the spray, thank you

      So that it is fully cooked and the moisture bakes out. Otherwise it wouldn’t hold together well
