SOME SUGGESTIONS: If you do a binding of Isaac smash character, I already have a move set in mind! His regular jab would be a basic tear, much like mega mans pelet gun. However, a bit more damage and slower shots. His side smash would have him swing moms knife around, sending enemies a little less further than a normal side smash. The down smash would make Isaac duck down, as if trying to cover himself. Moms foot would drop down in front of him, and moms hand in the back. It has a chance to send a dead moms hand instead. The up smash would have him swing moms razor above him. A neutral B would be a charged up tear, bigger than a normal one. Side B would have him point the “finger item”, locking whoever unlucky to be in it with a gradual damage and flinch effect. Down B would utilize The guppy’s head tool, surrounding him with blue flies that defend Isaac and home in on foes. Echo fighter azazel would have a charged brimstone laser fired off, and 6 total jumps. Other than that he would be the same! Like so he can see!
Avery Masters that wouldn’t be an Isaac ability, as Samson is the character with bloodlust. But maybe there could be an Anemic effect when Isaac is hit to 100% damage.
Hat Kid would easily be my favorite character for Smash. Including characters who already got in & ones who haven't. She's likable, she has a great design, & her gameplay could be amazing. She has great voice acting & she already has great taunts. Her game could bring great stages & music to Smash. She'd fit right in. I like your grab idea but I think it'd be cool if she started it by using the grappling hook to pull the enemy in so she could use her other hand to slam the hat down on them. Then she could pummel them with the handle of her umbrella. I think a good up tilt or up air would be the ability where she uses her standard hat to look for a time piece but there isn't one so the hat pops up revealing a question mark. The hat would deal light damage but decent knockback during the animation. If it comes down on an item/projectile that's passing over her head, she can pull it out of her hat later like Villager/Isabelle's pocket. I'd give her the scooter instead of the sprint. It could be similar to Wario's motorcycle but doing actions that aren't allowed on it would make it explode giving her a small bounce like in her game. The explosion would be tiny & do little to no damage. It would be easy to hit her when she's on the scooter because it's tiny & it would be easy to destroy the scooter by hitting it. A potential bait would be to trick an enemy into hitting the scooter so the resulting explosion puts Hat Kid above them so she can use her ice hat. Something that could make her punch useful is if it worked the same way it does in her game. It bounces enemies away without hurting them (similar to how windboxes work) but, if landed, it makes her jump up & down holding her fist. It'd be really risky but it could kill enemies when they're trying to recover since it wouldn't change their animation & therefore wouldn't give them back their recovery move. It'd also be a good way to trick enemies into killing themselves if they use a recovery move to try to hit/dodge her while already on the stage. Bonus points if it doesn't cancel their momentum. Example: She punches Falco during his side special & he bounces over her head & falls off stage. That might be too OP though. Maybe it would only work when used with extreme precision like Jigglypuff's Rest or Ridley's tail stab. A possible taunt would be her idle animation where she rocks like she's feinting innocence & then she looks startled, pulls her umbrella out, & points it like a sword before doing an arrogant pose & nodding her head. If someone bumps into the umbrella while it's pointing, she'd do an evasive maneuver & counter. It would probably be the strongest counter in the game to make up for how long she's vulnerable before & after it & how predictable it is. It'd be useful for punishing players who use a really slow move at the wrong time & players who bump into her with Piranha Plant/King K. Rool's up special or Villager's side special but probably not much else. I like your idea for her up special. It combines both of my ideas into a better idea. I think one of her alts should be the Nyakuza outfit. It could replace the brewing hat with the cat mask, the potions with money, the sprint hat with the baseball cap, & the umbrella with the bat. She'd still have to use her umbrella for some things though. She can't float with a bat for example. One thing I think could make Bow Kid pretty different is if her neutral special opened a menu that lets her choose a hat ability the same way Shulk chooses a monado art. The upside would be that this would open up possibilities for more moves. The downside would be that some of her best specials would probably be on that menu & you'd be able to tell what she's gonna do because you'd see the menu. The menu could include scooter, ice hat, & brewing hat. Her down special could be the badge that I think the beta had (or maybe I'm just thinking of a mod) that lets her use her umbrella as a pogostick. Her side special could be her dive.
I think you should do another Undertale one: Mettaton. Maybe his gimmick could be that his down special changes him between Box, EX, and NEO forms. Box would be a super heavyweight, EX would be average weight, and NEO would be a super lightweight, and they would each have a different moveset. But Box would have absolutely terrible attacks to balance out, you know, being almost FREAKING INVINCIBLE, EX would have some pretty good attacks, and NEO would have the strongest attacks, but only to compensate for the fact that he's a super lightweight and is easily KO'd. So Box would be a tank, but he wouldn't have much variety in his attacks, EX would have a wide variety of attacks, but wouldn't be as tough, and NEO would be pretty much a glass cannon.

There are so many people wanting Isaac from the binding of Isaac: here I’ll make your job *slightly* easier Entrance: Isaac shakes on the floor with a thinking bubble over his head, referencing the animation that goes floor to floor Up taunt: a beam of light shines down on Isaac as he sits down looking toward the screen as he does in the games title screen Down taunt: this might be a stretch but for issacs down taunt he could pull out a bible and start reading it as he turns black with red eyes as he does in one of the games endings Side taunt: Isaac hops into a chest that comically poofs into existence and closes the lid and the box shakes before Isaac comes out as blue baby, this lasts for a little while, say, 30 seconds before Isaac turns to normal Final Smash: Hush’s Scream/Omen: Hush appears out of nowhere and launched a few damaging attacks like he does in the game doing little damage before Isaac comes out, shoots a few tears, killing hush and making the entire screen go white doing moderate damage and knock-back Costumes: his costumes can be based off the characters in the binding of Isaac except the ones that have qualities that Isaac doesn’t have like the forgotten (I think) has a bone for melee attacks and Azazel has wings I just made your job a little bit easier, go nuts brother

Her recovery could be the dweller mask. She could run up a slanted slope and go into a free fall while holding her umbrella open above her head (giving her more air control). She could use her recovery with a single up B but if the recovery is double tapped, she uses her hook shot. And now that a hat in time is coming to switch #hatkidforsmash
Hat Kids down taunt should be her stomping the ground in anger while yelling "PECK" over and over, and then turning to the camera Innocently like she didn't mean for anyone to hear her.
Potential Final Smash idea: Name: Get Lost!/Little Help From My Friends FS type: Cutscene Trigger: Hat Kid summons the Mafia Ball from her location and launches it across the screen horizontally in the direction she's facing. Landing a hit will throw the target(s) into a cutscene located in Mustache Girl's Hyper Zone that have the Conductor, DJ Grooves, Snatcher and even Mustache Girl in this sequence: - DJ Grooves drops a golden disco ball to the ground that knocks the targets upwards. - The Snatcher and Conductor strike with a flurry of knives and a explosive apples for a few seconds to build up damage. - Finally, Mustache Girl shows up to deal the final blow, using the large laser from her boss fight to obliterate Hat Kid's foes and cause IMMENSE knock back. Average damage from the attack: Approximately 40%~60%. Does not KO at a damage threshold.
Here's an unusual one, but because Capcom is still on the docket, she's still a possibility: Amaterasu (or "Ammy") from Okami. Given that her game is a lot like a Zelda game, she's the most easy non-SF character to adapt to Smash.

Some idea addition for Final Smash, instead of just throwing a stack of time pieces and rewind time, let's add some Final Smash animation (it means the attack will be inevitable): For Bow Kid, after she throw the time pieces, the other fighter will be teleported into time rift and in the time rift, one of these thing will happen: The time rift background will change into Mafia's Teathre and there is Mafia Boss ready for SuperMegacharge and Mafia Ball. Or, the time rift background will change into Outhouse boss battle where the Outhouse will throw "stuff" to the fighter, then the Outhouse will create the bomb that will explode and the shockwave of the explosion throw the fighter into Vanessa's Manor, and then, you know, Vanessa turns them into ice. For Hat Kid after she throw the time rift, the other fighter will be teleported to the time rift. And this final smash theme will be Death Wish theme (because Death Wish is Hat Kid only without mod). And in the time rift, one of these thing will happen: the time rift background will change into Conductor & DJ Grooves Theatre and this will happen: Conductor and DJ Grooves will smash themself into the fighter, the studio light will falling to the fighter, Sawblade and Parade owl attack from both side, and then, Conductor stabs the fighter with so many Knives and DJ Grooves shock the fighter with so many Disco Ball. Or, the time rift background will change into the Outhouse boss, but instead of Outhouse, it will The Snatcher, and Hat Kid also there, but she then turn into the Snatcher Hat Kid (this is referencing to the Snatcher/Phantom costume when you beat the Death Wish, not the fake Hat Kid copy that Snatcher made at the boss fight). The Snatcher began the attack by creating it's phenomenal Beam attack to the fighter, then he summon a bunch of fake Hat Kid when the real Hat Kid attack from behind with blue potion (if you didn't know, fake and real Hat Kid are very easy to differentiate). And then, the screen blacks out, then two smiley yellow face showed off. Left is Snatcher and Right is Hat Kid. Snatcher will wink the left eye and Hat Kid's face will turn into smug face. Then, like Double Snatcher attack but the right is Hat Kid, and then, they both strike. There is no different about damage, just cool animation
I HAVE AN IDEA! When you press taunt-down button 3 times (or whatever you do to get palutena's guidance with pit), you'll get the "peace and tranquility" screen. It would continue endlessly until you press 'a' 'b' 'y' or 'x'

For the dwellers mask, I think she would put it on when she shields, since it creates a little bubble around her in the game. And it is possible since other character have their own unique shields
This moveset is really solid, but I think that the side special and up special could be different. For side special, Hat Kid would still use the sprint hat, but She would use it to ride the subcon scooter given to her by snatcher in the level "Mail delivery service". setting this apart from Wario's and Bowser Jr's side specials, hat kid could throw mail upwards using the B button, or whatever you have set to special attack. The mail would have similar damage and knockback to Mr. G&W's neutral special. Of course, the scooter itself is the more dangerous part of the move. For up special, I think that Hat Kid could, once again, use the ice hat. Upon inputting up special, Hat Kid would turn into an ice sculpture, and one of those ice hat launch pads would appear below her. She would then fall onto the pad, and be launched directly upward. Her ascent doesn't have a hitbox, but it has a short period of invincibility at the start of the launch. Similar to Banjo's recovery, Hat Kid can act out of this move. You can also spike enemies using the short moment of time between the move's activation and her touching the pad.
Honestly, if Nintendo added this, hat kid would be my new main.

SOME SUGGESTIONS:
If you do a binding of Isaac smash character, I already have a move set in mind!
His regular jab would be a basic tear, much like mega mans pelet gun. However, a bit more damage and slower shots. His side smash would have him swing moms knife around, sending enemies a little less further than a normal side smash. The down smash would make Isaac duck down, as if trying to cover himself. Moms foot would drop down in front of him, and moms hand in the back. It has a chance to send a dead moms hand instead. The up smash would have him swing moms razor above him.
A neutral B would be a charged up tear, bigger than a normal one.
Side B would have him point the “finger item”, locking whoever unlucky to be in it with a gradual damage and flinch effect. Down B would utilize The guppy’s head tool, surrounding him with blue flies that defend Isaac and home in on foes.
Echo fighter azazel would have a charged brimstone laser fired off, and 6 total jumps. Other than that he would be the same!
Like so he can see!
Avery Masters that wouldn’t be an Isaac ability, as Samson is the character with bloodlust. But maybe there could be an Anemic effect when Isaac is hit to 100% damage.
I like this idea as a fan of B.O.I.R. (Taunt could be him getting stomped on by a huge shoe.)

Hat Kid would easily be my favorite character for Smash. Including characters who already got in & ones who haven't. She's likable, she has a great design, & her gameplay could be amazing. She has great voice acting & she already has great taunts. Her game could bring great stages & music to Smash. She'd fit right in.
I like your grab idea but I think it'd be cool if she started it by using the grappling hook to pull the enemy in so she could use her other hand to slam the hat down on them. Then she could pummel them with the handle of her umbrella.
I think a good up tilt or up air would be the ability where she uses her standard hat to look for a time piece but there isn't one so the hat pops up revealing a question mark. The hat would deal light damage but decent knockback during the animation. If it comes down on an item/projectile that's passing over her head, she can pull it out of her hat later like Villager/Isabelle's pocket.
I'd give her the scooter instead of the sprint. It could be similar to Wario's motorcycle but doing actions that aren't allowed on it would make it explode giving her a small bounce like in her game. The explosion would be tiny & do little to no damage.
It would be easy to hit her when she's on the scooter because it's tiny & it would be easy to destroy the scooter by hitting it. A potential bait would be to trick an enemy into hitting the scooter so the resulting explosion puts Hat Kid above them so she can use her ice hat.
Something that could make her punch useful is if it worked the same way it does in her game. It bounces enemies away without hurting them (similar to how windboxes work) but, if landed, it makes her jump up & down holding her fist. It'd be really risky but it could kill enemies when they're trying to recover since it wouldn't change their animation & therefore wouldn't give them back their recovery move.
It'd also be a good way to trick enemies into killing themselves if they use a recovery move to try to hit/dodge her while already on the stage. Bonus points if it doesn't cancel their momentum. Example: She punches Falco during his side special & he bounces over her head & falls off stage. That might be too OP though. Maybe it would only work when used with extreme precision like Jigglypuff's Rest or Ridley's tail stab.
A possible taunt would be her idle animation where she rocks like she's feinting innocence & then she looks startled, pulls her umbrella out, & points it like a sword before doing an arrogant pose & nodding her head. If someone bumps into the umbrella while it's pointing, she'd do an evasive maneuver & counter. It would probably be the strongest counter in the game to make up for how long she's vulnerable before & after it & how predictable it is.
It'd be useful for punishing players who use a really slow move at the wrong time & players who bump into her with Piranha Plant/King K. Rool's up special or Villager's side special but probably not much else. I like your idea for her up special. It combines both of my ideas into a better idea.
I think one of her alts should be the Nyakuza outfit. It could replace the brewing hat with the cat mask, the potions with money, the sprint hat with the baseball cap, & the umbrella with the bat. She'd still have to use her umbrella for some things though. She can't float with a bat for example.
One thing I think could make Bow Kid pretty different is if her neutral special opened a menu that lets her choose a hat ability the same way Shulk chooses a monado art. The upside would be that this would open up possibilities for more moves. The downside would be that some of her best specials would probably be on that menu & you'd be able to tell what she's gonna do because you'd see the menu.
The menu could include scooter, ice hat, & brewing hat. Her down special could be the badge that I think the beta had (or maybe I'm just thinking of a mod) that lets her use her umbrella as a pogostick. Her side special could be her dive.

I think you should do another Undertale one: Mettaton. Maybe his gimmick could be that his down special changes him between Box, EX, and NEO forms. Box would be a super heavyweight, EX would be average weight, and NEO would be a super lightweight, and they would each have a different moveset. But Box would have absolutely terrible attacks to balance out, you know, being almost FREAKING INVINCIBLE, EX would have some pretty good attacks, and NEO would have the strongest attacks, but only to compensate for the fact that he's a super lightweight and is easily KO'd. So Box would be a tank, but he wouldn't have much variety in his attacks, EX would have a wide variety of attacks, but wouldn't be as tough, and NEO would be pretty much a glass cannon.

Entrance: Isaac shakes on the floor with a thinking bubble over his head, referencing the animation that goes floor to floor
Up taunt: a beam of light shines down on Isaac as he sits down looking toward the screen as he does in the games title screen
Down taunt: this might be a stretch but for issacs down taunt he could pull out a bible and start reading it as he turns black with red eyes as he does in one of the games endings
Side taunt: Isaac hops into a chest that comically poofs into existence and closes the lid and the box shakes before Isaac comes out as blue baby, this lasts for a little while, say, 30 seconds before Isaac turns to normal
Final Smash: Hush’s Scream/Omen: Hush appears out of nowhere and launched a few damaging attacks like he does in the game doing little damage before Isaac comes out, shoots a few tears, killing hush and making the entire screen go white doing moderate damage and knock-back
Costumes: his costumes can be based off the characters in the binding of Isaac except the ones that have qualities that Isaac doesn’t have like the forgotten (I think) has a bone for melee attacks and Azazel has wings

Her recovery could be the dweller mask. She could run up a slanted slope and go into a free fall while holding her umbrella open above her head (giving her more air control). She could use her recovery with a single up B but if the recovery is double tapped, she uses her hook shot.

Trigger: Hat Kid summons the Mafia Ball from her location and launches it across the screen horizontally in the direction she's facing. Landing a hit will throw the target(s) into a cutscene located in Mustache Girl's Hyper Zone that have the Conductor, DJ Grooves, Snatcher and even Mustache Girl in this sequence:
- DJ Grooves drops a golden disco ball to the ground that knocks the targets upwards.
- The Snatcher and Conductor strike with a flurry of knives and a explosive apples for a few seconds to build up damage.

Some idea addition for Final Smash, instead of just throwing a stack of time pieces and rewind time, let's add some Final Smash animation (it means the attack will be inevitable):
For Bow Kid, after she throw the time pieces, the other fighter will be teleported into time rift and in the time rift, one of these thing will happen: The time rift background will change into Mafia's Teathre and there is Mafia Boss ready for SuperMegacharge and Mafia Ball. Or, the time rift background will change into Outhouse boss battle where the Outhouse will throw "stuff" to the fighter, then the Outhouse will create the bomb that will explode and the shockwave of the explosion throw the fighter into Vanessa's Manor, and then, you know, Vanessa turns them into ice.
For Hat Kid after she throw the time rift, the other fighter will be teleported to the time rift. And this final smash theme will be Death Wish theme (because Death Wish is Hat Kid only without mod). And in the time rift, one of these thing will happen: the time rift background will change into Conductor & DJ Grooves Theatre and this will happen: Conductor and DJ Grooves will smash themself into the fighter, the studio light will falling to the fighter, Sawblade and Parade owl attack from both side, and then, Conductor stabs the fighter with so many Knives and DJ Grooves shock the fighter with so many Disco Ball. Or, the time rift background will change into the Outhouse boss, but instead of Outhouse, it will The Snatcher, and Hat Kid also there, but she then turn into the Snatcher Hat Kid (this is referencing to the Snatcher/Phantom costume when you beat the Death Wish, not the fake Hat Kid copy that Snatcher made at the boss fight). The Snatcher began the attack by creating it's phenomenal Beam attack to the fighter, then he summon a bunch of fake Hat Kid when the real Hat Kid attack from behind with blue potion (if you didn't know, fake and real Hat Kid are very easy to differentiate). And then, the screen blacks out, then two smiley yellow face showed off. Left is Snatcher and Right is Hat Kid. Snatcher will wink the left eye and Hat Kid's face will turn into smug face. Then, like Double Snatcher attack but the right is Hat Kid, and then, they both strike.
There is no different about damage, just cool animation

This moveset is really solid, but I think that the side special and up special could be different.
For side special, Hat Kid would still use the sprint hat, but She would use it to ride the subcon scooter given to her by snatcher in the level "Mail delivery service". setting this apart from Wario's and Bowser Jr's side specials, hat kid could throw mail upwards using the B button, or whatever you have set to special attack. The mail would have similar damage and knockback to Mr. G&W's neutral special. Of course, the scooter itself is the more dangerous part of the move.
For up special, I think that Hat Kid could, once again, use the ice hat. Upon inputting up special, Hat Kid would turn into an ice sculpture, and one of those ice hat launch pads would appear below her. She would then fall onto the pad, and be launched directly upward. Her ascent doesn't have a hitbox, but it has a short period of invincibility at the start of the launch. Similar to Banjo's recovery, Hat Kid can act out of this move. You can also spike enemies using the short moment of time between the move's activation and her touching the pad.
