1.) Instagram will still be a major thorn in the back for the cooperation.
2.) Remember that the United states doesn't equate to the entire world. Therefore, saying that CZcams will "Not have any Major competitors" is quite an understatement. Altough, I would agree that CZcams wouldn't care as much for the International countries as it does for the US, it still earns a large amount of revenue from other international audiences too.

I never liked TikTok because of how it influenced youtube videos to be so short attention spanned and less authentic compared to how youtube was before TikTok, influence is another reason why TikTok could be bad alongside data collection.
