But also you would need to temper dairy milk
Just use a compound milk chocolate its easier no tempering, you will need to put in fridge to harden. If you are using this chocolate as a coating or something else thin its perfectly fine.

At 1:20...It sticks to the pan!!! Can't take the chocolate off once dried. Do you have to oil the pan before putting hot chocolate? Or do you put some extra "secret" ingredient in the chocolate?
