    China🇨🇳 is declining.

      not even close. india is at least 50-70 years behind china that too if everything goes right with india and that is at the very least. china has like 30 beijing like advanced metropolitan cities while india's most metropolitan city mumbai is worse than china's most old backwards city. infrastructure differences between the two countries is like day and night and without getting infra you can't think becoming a softpower let alone a superpower. india's most states have worse gdp per capita than some africa's poor countries. india is in a really bad spot but it trying to present itself like it's conditions are better than they actually are but when you start comparing data and numbers you understand the real truth.
