Geats is a good show, it can be considered the best of Reiwa rider show. Almost of the character, especially the main 4 rider got their own development. This show also have a lot of character, like previous rider but the story mainly revolve around our main 4 rider. And somewhat uniquely is Keiwa, Neon and Michi story is the standard one, we're introduce to their backstory, we see how each of them grow and try to reach their goal from start to finish. Ace however is kinda different, he's already at his peak, he's already growing but we don't know how that happened, so the whole show is kinda a story to uncover Ace mystery. Again, Geats is a good show, not perfect because it's still have some flaw, but it's good. The thing is, because it's so good, previous and even the newest season, Gotchard, is compared a lot to Geats. Heck, even some people in my Indonesian toku community hate on Gotchard because it's lame, the actor can't act, etc and compared it to the ”GOD” Geats. I wonder why the need to compare different series with different tone, even on the same franchise

Since spoilers seem abound in the comments section, I'll add my own.
The first and last episodes bookend the entire show, to the point it's almost a rehash, just from the amount of happenings designed for call backs and parallels.
Ace wins the DGP and becomes the "god of desire" during episode one. He uses the wish to become a celebrity, "worshiped" and adored by the public.
In the last episode, he literally ascends to to godhood, ushers in a new world with his advent, and is now literally worshipped.
It's very intentional, even down to the costume choice; Ace ends both episodes wearing the same Stars of Stars of Stars outfit, even tossing the same coin before they cut to the DGP Rules card.
the most genius thing that Geats pulled off and I realized it after I binged it is that Ace's godhood is already teased since day 1.
you see his Magnum/Booster form? from a simple glance there's nothing special aside from a simple combination, but I realized that it based on Shinto's shrine priestess/Miko. I realized that after seeing the similarities in his upgraded designs, Lazer/Boost and Boost mk.IX are basically a Kannushi's joe with Geats IX mainly white motif as his most "purest" form.

Geats is the most fun I've had with Rider since Build, possibly since I was watching Gaim as a 10 year old.... 10 years ago now jeez. It was a show where I felt I had to drop what I was doing to watch it, and one where I was on the edge of my seat watching. Yeah there's some rough parts towards the end, but it's an experience I will never forget
I thought you are a big channel by how easy to digest the content are, but turns out youre new 😭 instant sub for me.
Anyway, before i continue watching, i agree with the beginning part, i also fell off Tokusatsu because of Revice. But not because of the suit color or the CGI, but for me it's the story. Sometimes they get confusing in the stupidest way imaginable, I can't even continue further than episode 30ish (I'm even surprised i continued it for 30 episode).

Oddly enough I started watching Revice very recently, and while it’s not a perfect story, it’s been surprisingly more fun than I expected! I’ll have to report my findings when I finish 😂
The lack of mixing of buckles was a downside for me, we always get teased with multiple riders using the gimmick and the they just stick to one type of form and subsuquent power ups around that form.
I didn't mind too much, the first couple of time it did happen, it became readily apparent that while the suits are designed to be somewhat modular, every Rider's main forms were fitted for their primary suit actor. The jank's VERY obvious when they switch around buckles, particularly with Nago, who always ended up looking like she was wearing hand-me-downs.
Suits acting's already a very physically strenuous crafting, doing it in costumes that are too big or too small sounds downright torturous.
Even with small buckle, after they got their signature buckle small buckle are gone 😂
I'm still wanna see how Ninja-Armed Arrow, Beat-Armed Hammer, & Zombie-Armed Chain array fight & animation looks since the color still aestheticly fit their signature buckle

I love Geats, it is in my top 5 favorite Kamen Rider series of all time. The suit design, the motif, the theme, the characters, the story, the music, everything about Geats are very good. For me, Keiwa's arc is pretty good, Keiwa started off as a normal good guy, but also a little bit selfish when he wanted everyone to stop fighting for their happiness to protect innocent people. But then he realized that every participant in the DGP is not only fighting for their happiness, but also fighting for world peace from the Jyamato. Keiwa starting to become stronger and more mature in personality and thinking. But then the death of his sister, his only family, made him lose his way. Keiwa realized that he was weak, so he asked Tsumuri for a new power to protect his sister, and then turned Tsumuri into a goddes to revive his sister. Keiwa, after that, knows that everyone was trying to help him, and realize that he was wrong and try to make up for that. Geats is the best season of Reiwa so far, and one of the best of all time. #Acewithus

@@kamenriderking6453 Yes! I am actually working on some ranking videos right now, I plan to cover mostly Kamen Rider, probably some Sentai, and I want to check out Ultraman since I’ve never watched it, so I’ll probably make some content about that too!
I plan to also check out some toku outside those main 3, so if you have any suggestions I am open to trying out! Thanks for asking!
@KingZoru_VT Outside of the main 3, Garo is pretty popular too. And personally, I only watch Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, I don't really feel like watching Ultraman, because of their faces just look so stupid to me, and I'm not really a big fan of titans fighting (except for AOT). I do know that the story is very good, most of the seasons of Ultraman are review positive, unlike Kamen Rider where there are a lot of debate between fans about a season being good or bad.

Kamen Rider Geats to me. Was one of the few Kamen Rider shows that made me watch every single episode on its release. Very few Kamen Rider shows can do that. If they can do that. It is a top favourite for me. Only two others did that for me and that was Build and 0-One. My favourite Rider from here is Tycoon. From how he was to the end was perfect for me. And when he got Bujin Sword. I was a bit sceptical at first. But I grew to love it really fast. It also didn’t help that Bujin Swords theme is called Chair (it feels like it is a reference to Vergil from Devil May Cry). And the band that made Bujin Swords theme. Is Back-On. A Japanese band I really loved a lot because they were a part of my child to late teen-hood years. I mean. They literally sang the Gundam Build openings. And all 4 of them were bangers too me and a lot of people.

I was mixed on geats but ultimately think it's pretty alright. I'll admit to thinking that the main character was SO BORING though. BUT the side riders are so good that they carry the show.
Yeah i unfortunately gotta agree, ace wasnt the best, still really good tho! But in my opinion, Keiwa is the best character.

There was some other CZcamsr that said that geats ex aid and zero one were all terrible shows and that the writer of the shows was a fraud I actually said it was all three of those shows were amazing and I actually do love them a lot, especially geats

That’s a great point! I thought it was really interesting that they brought in the perspective of “supporters” watching their favorite Riders. They really showed different ways supporters can back their Riders, and just how much it can affect them 😮
