Habitat : Should be heavily planted, with large driftwood or other types of branches.
Substrate : Use a mulch-type such as coconut fiber, dampened sphagnum moss or bark; avoid gravel and artificial turf (too harsh for skin).

oh my gosh, i didn't expect to see a cute ferret at the end. also in the beginning, i worried about the foam but now it is covered with plants, it's so stunning. watching the cute frog leap into the waterfall was so funny. it feels so indulgent to watch your channel

I have a tank with saltwater fishes and coral - I like to watch them swim around often too! And another jar with Opae Ula - very active and cute Hawaiian shrimps! have you heard of them before?

When I was a kid I used to go on the rice fields in Japan to find little green frogs.I watched you videos and I remembered the old times. I live in Greece and I’m currently on vacation in Indonesia I know very few things about frogs but I would love to make a house for them in my home country!

What a delightful thought! If you were a Hyla Japonica, you'd certainly find the terrarium to be a perfect haven.

We are in different countries, maybe the price might different.
You can find similar products within budget.
Importing the frogs from Japan would be more problematic than what it's worth for the casual individual

Micro orchids are fascinating, and while I haven't featured them in a build yet, it's a great idea!
I'm fascinated! This is a work of art. I would love to have hyla japonica as pets but I'm sure where I live it would be very difficult to find someone selling them.
I can watch my pets all day too.
My pets are: I have a black cat, 3 tarantulas (Hysterocrates gigas, Brachypelma vagans and Tliltocatl albopilosus) and 4 species of Isopods (Armadillidium granulatum, Armadillidium maculatum, Porcellionides pruinosus 'Oreo Crumble' and Porcellio laevis 'Orange').

The foam does not absorb water and is safe for aquatic use. As long as the foam is fully cured,it should be safe to use as a substrate for aquatic plants and animals.
Hello! I’m planning to build a paludarium with an expanding foam background. I have a few questions that google can’t really seem to provide me the answers for. 1. Is expanding foam safe for vampire crabs or is it only safe when coated with a thick layer of silicone?
2. Are there any safety precautions i must take when using both silicone and expanding foam? Any advice is much appreciated as I’m generally new to the hobby!
