- Cider is like a religion in Asturias and is popular among locals and tourists alike. The drink, made from apples, isn’t naturally carbonated. Luckily, Asturians have perfected a unique method to add bubbles. It's a bit of a stretch, but it gets the job done. Watch José Andrés and Family in Spain on CNN on Sundays at 9PM ET/PT through October 29 or stream all episodes on Max, to learn how to pour cider like an Asturian pro.

Ah I miss sidra, I am from Cantabria, I wanna go back to Potes and get me some. Super happy to go to Asturias or Pais Vasco too!
Amazing video, answered a few funny questions 😅
Is very similar to Basque cider. In Basque region we pour directly from the barrel to have the bubbles.
She's good. Like me and a boda bag.
They spill 90% of drinks before even tasting them xD
Just don't tell them to carbonate the cider or u gonna be kicked out of Asturias 😂
