    I had my first percebes when roaming in Barcelona.. I had no idea of what they were, but I loved them! I had to wait 10 more years before I was able to find some at a Spanish restaurant in Miami... Now, I can get them shipped to my house. I love your passion Chef Andres... I hope to have the chance to meet you and maybe volunteer with WCK when the opporunity presents one day.

    Not a huge fan of percebes….but it’s my culture, so I order them when available in Asturias
