I'm saving my shekels to buy this one. It's a great building. The pigeons are a very nice touch. Dry brushing white paint or white weathering powder pught to simulate pigeon poop on the peaks of the roof.

I have one of the original Ed Fulasz versions - have not built it yet. I like your modifications, especially the loading dock. Great stuff!

Q: Are there any [possible] plans/thoughts about issuing this as a background building, say about 2"(+/-) deep including the dock? I have a perfect place on my layout for such a structure. Yeah, I know, I weird, and being lazy ..... wanting you to change your kit so I don't have to do the modifications myself LOL ..... 👍👌👍
