- 👋 The Audi RS3 needs some help in the stance department! In todays video I go over what you need to know about installing wheel spacers for your car! Our 2024 Audi RS3 has a very unique stance with a wider front track and wider front tires then in back. So today I install H&R wheel spacers all around! 10mm up front and 15mm in the back get the stock wheels perfectly flush with the fender all with no rubbing. The H&R wheel spacers are perfectly machined with a hub centric ring to fit securely on your wheels. They are also recessed on the center bore to fit your stock hub. I also added longer wheel bolts to accommodate the spacer and now the RS3 looks so much better. Follow these steps on your own car so you can safely install wheel spacers. Installing wheel spacers is safe if you use high quality parts and correct wheel bolts. The RS3 now has a great stance with the tires and wheels looking perfect. Now that the track width is even wider all around, these spacers actually have lowers the center of gravity and will slightly improve the handling and steering on the RS3 too! Loving how simple wheel spacers are to install on our brand new RS3!

I'm looking to replace my wheels and tires myself for the first time, keeping everything else stock in my car. Newbie type question here, but if I get wheel spacers also to bring the wheels out a bit more, is that all I need? Or do I need to compliment that with suspension components? I'm not looking to lower the car now, but reason I ask is I notice a lot of people lower theirs in addition to getting the spacers.
You can do just wheel spacers and nothing else. Just depends on your taste and what looks good to you. Tomorrow video I do lower the car. But certainly not a necessity if you don't want it lower

What did you torque them to?
Same specs you should torque your wheels to. I did about 90 pounds

Spacers are perfectly save. Not really looking to buy new wheels for the car yet. Stock ones look good. Maybe once I need new tires we'll do new wheels that are wider. But good spacers are a great way to improve handling and style for a low price

Not too sure. But when we do swap wheels I wonder if a square setup would be better and help the steering feel and handling

I’m thinking I’m just gong to get rims that are wider with a better offset. Get the benefit of wider rubber and the better poke. The staggered rim size doesn’t matter to me. I know people are going to say that you can’t rotate your tires properly with staggered rims but you can still rotate them. You just have to do it front to front and rear to rear. I’m just not a fan of wheel spacers.
Yeah that's a good way to go. Not everyone wants to jump and spend $3k on wheels and tires. $500 on quality spacers is a good way to get a nice look and slight handling improvements.
I think eventually I'll do a square setup on the car. Some people have said that helps out a lot with the handling and weird steering this car has.

@@BrosFOURRSpeedlooks rad man, my S3 8Y is coming end of month and definitely gonna be running these, I've seen most people that install spacers also need low profile flaps since it kicks up a lot of dirt, you experienced that?

Why not? Race cars use wheel spacers just like these. High quality ones are perfectly fine to use. It's when you do a 2in spacer from Ebay that isn't hub centric and made in China when issues arise
