This is a good video to show to the pollution control board but it is not practically possible to feed tyre like this as leave the reactor half empty making the entire process to costly and loss making..

To purge Resident syn gas present in reactor which are low in flash point with potential to trigger exothermic reaction when oxygen is introduced ie doors are opened
I like te pyrolysis but this is too slow and labor intensive even for a developing country. Baled tires are more dense and easier to load that this method.
