- This advanced sirsasana (headstand 2), is good to practice for many reasons. Such as,
- The overall flow of prana in the body improves.
- Strengthens the arms and shoulders.

- And regular practice helps connect with inner-self.
Limitations and Contraindications:
- People with High BP, or who have undergone recent surgery should avoid this.
- People who suffer from insomnia, should avoid inversions altogether before or close to bedtime.
- Pregnant women must consult the doctor, before practicing inversion.
- People suffering from glaucoma, spondylosis, lung issues, fibromyalgia, weak blood vessels, Acute Ears-Throat Infections, Epilepsy, Inflammatory Bowel Disease should avoid practicing inversions or advanced inversions, or should do so only after consulting yog therapist and doctor.
