Man I thought that smack from weight box getting to the toprock you from inside the truck but that seems like you take full force of it inside the sled
From the sled operator. "Im holding the clutch valve in while we're going down the track so the kickout cable doesn't pull it out while we're bouncing down the track. The toggle switch at my pinky is just for the red & green lights. Forward is green."
I've watched numerous pulling videos, never seen one from sled cab.

seems like alot to keep track of while maintaining control and not getting a concussion when the load maxes out and the rear end goes up.

It's like a rear steering fire truck.
What does that switch do that he flips before the run is over
From the sled operator. "I flip the control for the belt drive on the box to run it back under the cab, just one less thing to do once I'm stopped."

How does the sled get back to the starting line?
It is self propelled and can drive around.
