Have you tried adjusting the focus between passes? If you have 4mm ply, create a differ block for 17mm or so to focus the laser them go the first pass. Then use a15mm spacer block so the focus is how 1/2 way into the woods and run the cut again

Hi Sir, I'm using Neje 3 Max Laser Machine,
    My question is:
Why is Y axis [Landscape] Burning sharper than X axis (Transverse).
I hope you can enlighten me.
    Thank you, teacher...🙏

Second question: I don't need such a large work surface. As big as an a4 paper sheet is good for me. Is there any smaller model with the same laser as this?

Hola. Qué consejo me puedes dar?

Any plans to offer a rotary attachment? Can it be controlled with Lightburn? Can a dxf file be imported into the current software? Thanks...

Thanks for the vid, just bought one and this is better than the instructions. NEJE doesn't provide any information on the air compressor to use with this, what air compressor are you using in your set up?

    Hey ! I need your Help ! 🙂
It seems that you are a very professional laser guy. So you are my First choice. 🙂
With the Origin Software of neje, i have a lot more power than with lightburn. You cut 4mm plywood with 400 mm/ min and i can do it only with 250. The two values are set to 1000. Do you have any Idea ?
    Thanks !

Which screws do you use to fix the air pump? They seem to be missing at my delivery

    • @kukomio
      @kukomio  Před 2 lety

Do you mean air assist or air valve?
The air assistant has a screw in the package and
placing the air valve on the laser frame was just my idea, just needed to drill one hole and buy the screws.

I plan to buy one if these with a simple mission: engrave my company name in the back lid of chromebooks, which are made of brushed aluminum. Do you think this would work?
