Aaron, I’m a big fan, could you maybe do a workout program video? I’ve been on and off at the gym due to seeing no gains after a while, but I want to get back in to it! A workout program would be big motivation!

Or day one?” You want to make that change don’t wait for [new year, new me.] it starts when you look in the mirror and you start to realize who you want to be? When do you want to start? And where do you wanna go? I believe you in you guys. I’d never thought I’d get in shape… or even fix my habits but tuning in with people like Aaron goes a long way, trust me we’ve all been there where we have so much adrenaline and motivation but it’s just a short burst that just dies out after a week or so. Instead you should chase consistency it will become like breathing you will do it automatically!

In my opinion Versace Eros Flame is a very good one, it’s a bit pricy but it lasts a long time. Plus it’s not an overwhelming smell that will give people around you headaches!
