I’m João, I’ve run a software development company for a few years now, online & remotely. These videos are pretty much a public diary; I record them mostly for my own reflection. Happy to hear about your journey, I am on a similar path been running an AI consulting agency from past 1.5 years now all the clients i am working with right now came through some references and best part is they discovered me.
Only problem i find challenging right now is balancing between income flow and scaling up my team it's hard to find good developers I have been doing major works in all of the projects.

Watching you and seeing your talent + positive attitude shows you will succeed. I'm also impressed you are taking time to document your growth on these videos that will help others scale their own businesses in whatever area of interest one might have.
One small critique is the sound on your videos; there's a tunnel sounding effect that would be rectified by using a microphone on your collar or similar that will clarify your voice.
Lastly, I'm Portuguese ( by marriage) and love seeing people from Portugal online.
Thank you- really appreciate this comment. More than you know. I use a mic but I place it out of camera view, maybe I'll try it somewhere else to see if that fixes it. I use Lensgo 348C right now. Will try improve that
