I wouldn't say i struggle with masturbation but i do it frequently (2-3 times a week or more). Not everyday though. Ive attempted no fap, never counted my days or anything like that. I think i went roughly 6 momths without it (from abt april 2022 to September/October 2022).
I was more confident and did feel abit better. Also had more time for things. But when i started again, the effects didnt disappear. I still had my confidence, drive and everything seemed the same as before.
Nofap has some benefits yes. But in my opinion, cutting masturbation out completely isnt the correct idea. Doing maybe 1-2 times every week or so is the best idea. Or get a girlfriend (im still working on that) so she can do the job for you.
I will say, cutting pron from your life is a good idea. I cut it out my life for ages, didnt see a major difference. Only thing that was different is that i got a hard on every time i looked at a girl my age or older, still happens 😂.
