Hey man, Do you still have your folder structure containing the photo? if so, I would suggest creating a new library and import you old folder structure.

I deleted the lrcat.lock file but I'm still getting the error message! I believe it started happening when I was removing unwanted photos from this particular gallery. The photos are still there but can't be edited, I can export some photos but I can't flag them. Any ideas? Thank you so much for your help!

By default, if you are on a Mac it's stored in your pictures folder. From there, you should find a Lightroom folder, that's where it should be. let me know if you find it man.
