is it safe to scratch it? i also have rust is mine but i use tissue to remove it but it's not effective in removing rust, just a little bit.

use a very fine grain sandpaper and gently sand the rust off then wipe it with tissue, when you see the original color of the spring stop sanding

Hi my problem is that the red light will turn on just a few seconds and then turn off, it's a Bluetooth wireless mouse, what coud I do? The wireless adapter is in its place and won't work in any computer

Hi i have a problem my mouse is glowing red even when the usb is plugged out and when i take my battery out of it windows shows that its still there if i have the usb plugged in even when the light is not glowing red if the usb is plugged in it will say its working and its brand new not responding i reset my pc recently with it plugged in is that cause or do i need to by a new one i tired updating the driver and everything windows tells me its working fine and its not responding
