Lavendar has been a pretty nice tool to both shorten the emails(remove unnecessary language/words) and make the mobile friendly.
I've seen them on LinkedIn but haven't used the tool.
Should I include website link or pictures of products on first email? Is it gonna spam?

Emails only trigger spam, if they are spam.
If you're sending reasonably personalised emails, to individual people, you're not going to hit any spam blocker.
