Henkelman ambassador Dutch Courage, sous vide cocktails

Dutch Courage is a cocktailbar on Amsterdam's Zeedijk 12. They use a Henkelman vacuum sealer on a daily basis, for, among other things, packaging our home-made syrups. These have a much longer shelf life and the vacuum bags take up less space in our storage, cooling and freezer than in, for example, bins or bottles. They use the vacuum sealer non-stop for packaging our To-go cocktails. We first pack the garnishes, and then the liquid above the seal in the same bag, so that the customer gets all the necessities for a cocktail in 1 package.
