These phones are bugged. It is such a shame such low quality phones are out there released from Apple. You'd expect from a thousand dollar device that these problems cannot simply occur. I have just attempted the reboot trick but to be honest i think it's a hardware fault. You can actually test this by having the home screen, and with your fingers you go up and down on the screen while gently pressing. It's either connectors that cause a forced reboot or the solder quality of the PCB is just bad. Only a reflow would help. I'm so dissapointed after upgrading from a Iphone 7 Plus. At least that was hardware that was strong.

Shut down your phone, charge for at least 1 hour and then try to force restart your phone.
What about error 4013. iPhone keeps shutting down and loosing connection
Try use another computer and update iTunes or Finder to its latest version to update or restore your iPhone.
