Wild Horses 🐎 is amazing 🎉🎉 Mick is getting ready to amp up the fans.Mick is ready to command the stage. The Stones just really know how to deliver on rock and roll. Mick, and Keith and Ronnie, I love ❤️ you guys.Ypu rock my world 🌎.
I remember the day The Rolling Stones came out in America..Our parents were all up in arms about The Beatles and us kids wanting to grow our hair. Then came The Rolling Stones and they really went crazy on us.Many of us were thrown out of our houses. We formed what was called Crash Pads.Where many of us chipped in to pay the rent which was about 150.00 a month at the time but the minimum wage was 1.15 cents an hr.My first job was a car wash..lol.....Where did all these years go.
Seven decades of Stones performing and still going strong. They’ve been playing my whole lifetime, and have been around in my earliest of memories. That’s amazing.
Nothing derails the Stones, not even a lost 12-string. These men are just incredible. Can't wait to see them over here in Europe, will be my 28th Stones concert!! Rock on, guys, it's in your blood, it's in your vains.
My mum had a partner who moved like jagger, I mean the way he walked, talked, danced hell even the way he looked at you. I remember him driving in his Citreon BX hitting the notes in the air with his fingers.
Loved watched their FINAL WORLD TOUR way back in 1978 at Oakland Stadium, Day on the Green. Tickets $13.75. NO idea who the warm up acts were. Thank you for being around for me and all of your fans!!!!
That's the way to do it... Can't find the guitar you want... grab one you need.... the show must go on... and make the best of what you got.. ..wow 60 years... Happy Anniversary Mick and Keef!
Holy smokes!!!! Ok, say what you want about Elvis, MJ and the Beatles....This is just frickin unbelievable!!! Could this be the greatest Rock n Roll performance ever? Just Wow!!
Love most is The Rolling Stones since a HUGE fan in the 60s as a kid. I'm thrilled that they will make this next decade one of their best for fans too.. They certainly enriched my life and ALL true Rolling Stones fans. It's been an amazing ride. Thankful for Keef's book LIFE too. Glad Mick can also enjoy his young son Dev at this time in his life with his beautiful Melanie. But heart broken over Charlie. RIP Charlie 💔. He was the heart beat that kept the band together... even with major conflicts between Mick & Keef for decades. The love for their craft together always saw the light.
They are not gonna stop, I hope. Just as Dylan, they remain on that Moonlight Mile. They have given us all, the ride of our lives. RIP Charlie, whom I'm sure is still beating in time.
Health is key, if that’s good and you still enjoy the touring Continue it next summer Let say start in July to sept 2 shows a week, total 25 stadium gigs, iam there in philly
@@twotone9908 Yes, that will suffice for me. Hopefully Philly will be a stop, for your sake. I'm not sure but they have played there on all their tours.
Oh yeah man. Totally slipped my mind. I saw them in Virginia in 79 and Mick came out had the Philly football colors on, knee pads and all, but changed of course as the event went on. I can't remember the jersy number though. Hmm..Great memories will rise from the subconscious so maybe more will come later. I did say event instead of concert because it was just that. A happening more than just a concert..
I just found it on google and there's another blue plaque at least on one of Keef's former residences in Dartford. But! According to today's Daily Mail, Bill Wyman, who has always disputed that they 'went on to form' the Stones, (which he says was down to Brian Jones alone!) splitting hairs much? Has succeeded in getting the plaque changed. They still met each other 60 years before the date of this performance either way, at the station!
@@stevenbaker7696 The sign is gone? It was such a great idea to mark this historical moment. (Okay, historical for me as an all-time-and-forever-fan...) Greetings from Germany
@@almutheinrich4067 No (I don't think so) but they will change it to accommodate moaning Bill Wyman, apparently! (I only found this out from googling the sign just now, it happened today that the Council agreed to meet his wish.) I think the sign is great too, no matter who 'formed' the band!
Ooh thank you for capturing this lost guitar moment from last night. I was in Pit 2 and was too slow with my camera. It was pretty funny though. The show was so epic!
"Apparently we're missing a guitar. We've got, like, 75 guitars up here, at least..." Christ, imagine being the guitar tech there at that moment, he must have been frantic back stage. In the end, after a fruitless search, I guess Keith decided, "well, I guess we're going have to do it like in 1981, with the open G Tele then..."
Not bad for a couple of old rockers about to become octogenarians... IMHO this is the finest song they ever wrote. It is difficult to chose when there are so many fantastic songs to pick from. But if I was forced to select one as their best, this would be it.
Keef, as he ages ,has gotten more chill with diva Mick. Their body language says they know the end is near ,let's enjoy this together and maybe stay lucky health wise, and plan one last big tour.... Look at the quid fat fart Elton John is making.
