    材料 :
    粿条 150 克
    雪蛤 1 大约汤匙
    虾仁 1 只
    腊肠 适量
    韭菜 适量
    芽菜 适量
    蒜米 1 粒
    调味汁:
    辣椒粉 2 茶匙
    水 适量
    生抽 2 茶匙
    黑酱油 1//2 茶匙
    鱼露 2 茶匙

    Ingredients (Diana Aw)
    1. Kuey Teow 150g
    2. Cockles 1tbsp
    3. Prawn 1pc cut halves
    4. Chinese Sausage appropriate amount , cut slices
    5. Chives appropriate amount cut 2-3cm long
    6. Bean sprouts appropriate amount
    7. Garlic 1clove minced
    8. Egg 1pc
    Seasoning
    1. Chilli powder 2tsp mix with little water
    2. Light soya sauce 2tsp
    3. Dark soya sauce 1/2tsp
    4. Fish sauce 2tsp
    Method
    1. Wash the cockles twice with water till clean. Blanch with hot water for 5-10sec. Extract the meat and set aside
    2. Mix the seasoning 1-3 in a bowl
    3. Sauté the prawn till half cook and set aside
    4. Stir fry garlic and Chinese sausage till fragrant, then add kuey teow and continue to fry till fragrant
    5. Add in the seasoning 1-3 and mix well. Then add bean sprouts and fry
    6. Add prawn and mix well. Then move the kuey teow aside and add the egg. Cover the egg with kuey teow and mix well
    7. Add in chives, cockles and fish sauce and mix well
    8. Serve and enjoy! 💕
