Just a little tip, for the throttling number, put the number as 0 (because 0 is unlimited as the epic games launcher says) because the downloading speed could be 500kb to 1mb per sec instead of putting 50,000 or 5,000 as the throttling speed. Hope this helped

Because the Epic Games program reads the speed in megabytes but Steam reads speed in Megabits.
