This egg recipe was a surprise for me. I would never have thought to pair yogurt with eggs and spicy red pepper butter, but it might be my new favorite breakfast recipe! Serve with toasted crusty bread for dipping 🤤 so if you're ready for something new, this savory yogurt breakfast from Turkey is so worth a try!
Ingredients:
eggs:
1/2 tsp butter
2 eggs
Season with salt to taste
Cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat
Yoghurt spread:
4 tbsp Greek yogurt (at room temperature)
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 garlic clove
dill (optional)
Aleppo butter:
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Aleppo chilli flakes (or 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper)
1 tsp sweet peppers
