  • Most recreational players struggle in getting the point of impact out in front. Some simple drills that I leave here to work (on your own) on improving and cleaning the point of impact in the forehand.
    Enjoy!

Excellent instruction for an area that I have struggled with especially after switching to a semi-western forehand grip.

Hi Gaston, I just discovered your lessons: amazing!!! Do you have some video with a series of different routines and progressions I can do alone, for around 1h?

Gaston, this video hits home ad I’ve struggled with hitting out in front and in turn have had golf elbow for a long time. I would be delighted if I could send you a video of my forehand swing, maybe you could have a look and tell me what you see?

And at what height? Do we want it to drop at all so it’s at a good height? I’m short so I tend to let it drop

So when you hit in front, are we trying to hit with it further out from your foot? My hubs is 4.5 and I’m 3.0 😭 and says I’m late all the time
