This type of roof installation garden with soil can harm slab of Terrace and it may fail.

No it won't if you had planned earlier
That's what I'm thinking whenever the idea of terrace garden comes to me the same thought preceded it...
Usually slabs can take such loads. And if someone still have doubts. Then they can accordingly make a thicker slab when constructing their house.
