Josh Cahill 6:55 because KLM doesn’t care there customers at some point or at some flights. For me KLM experience was worst I was having flight from Amestadam to LA. I was asking water air hostess doesn’t respond and they never response to Calling Light. You literally have to disturb everyone to call air hostesses. In my opinion KLM deserves 1 out of 5

@@heeradhillon3086 I fly KLM a lot. I also flew KLM to L.A. in january and was very satified. However, although I must admit I am a KLM-fan and most of my experiences with them are wonderfull, I did on my last flight, where I bought an upgrade to Business a disappointing experience from Capetown back to Amsterdam. The Steward who was assigned to my part of the cabin was not worthy of being in a servicejob at all. He was moody, unfriendly, etc. I must say Heera, this was my only time with a bad experience. But I think a comment like yours and a comment like mine as a fan with a negative experience, ballances it a little. I will give KLM 4 out of 5, but it is good that there is some opposition.
I hope Heera, you will have a better experience next time. By the way, a tip: During the complete flight one can get al kind of treats and drinks in the galley. Al you can eat.

What I love most is that KLM has being doing this for years, with it being the longest standing airline with no change, and celebrating their 100th birthday in October.

I love KLM! I flew from Vancouver to Delhi in business, on my birthday and the crew on both segments came up and gave me well wishes. I also received a gift, from the crew, on the AMS-DEL segment. A friend, who works cabin crew in First class on Swiss International, said that they don't care if it's someone's birthday. I agree with you, that KLM is underrated! Five star service!!!!!

I love KLM! I fly with them every other year as an unaccompanied minor (I’m 14 btw) and in Amsterdam they have an amazing room filled with toys, great food, and really nice staff. I love KLM because of the staff and the food.

I'm happy your review of KLM economy class was good... KLM have a special place in my heart because my first ever long-haul flight was with them on a 747-400M from Amsterdam to Beijing. Changed my experience of air travel forever. Thanks for the review. Also my favourite economy class is Comair in South Africa

My husband and myself flew KLM last year to the UK from Vancouver Canada, they were excellent, our seats were in Economy Plus, the service from the crew was fantastic, it was the most pleasurable experience on an aircraft for many years, we would not hesitate to choose KLM again and look forward to our next flight with them 👍🏻👍🏻🇨🇦

No. I can assure you that there are people who genuinely don't like KLM. I can tell you what kind of treatment I got from them and why I never use their services anymore. I tell all of my friends to avoid them as well.

Josh you really need to try Japan Airlines economy class. It was amazing! All seats feature a wider seat and extra legroom as standard. The meals were super yummy and you get lots of snacks and drinks throughout the flight. Also 2 checked bags for free! (not all routes but from LHR :) )

Finally new seats. Last time, I flew with them, the interior was still from the nineties
I flew on a Delta A330-300 flight from Detroit to Amsterdam and it was operated by KLM. I had a standard ticket . Excellent service and food was wonderful.
Than was it lucky most Dutch don’t like klm

I am Dutch, i fly a lot with KLM, i take 2 fly returns in a month to Southampton park airport.
Did also other companies but KLM is always very friendly.
Because i am a aviation nerd they also showed me often the cockpit and allowed me to speak their pilots.

I have been a big fan of KLM for many years. I always feel so cared for even in Economy Class and the food is always good.
I flew a lot inside Europe, all economy, and one long flight to the USA (Denver) from Amsterdam. A lot with KLM, sometimes Delta and sometimes Alitalia, LOT, SAS, Finnair and Lufthansa. But for the life of it, I never noticed a big difference between all of the airlines. I am not critical enough. I was once given a first class flight on an economy ticket. I still have no clue why. But even that, I can't remember I enjoyed more than economy. I am a simple man. The only difference between KLM and others was that the crew seemed more motivated to let me feel good than the others. Not that the other crews were bad, but they were more businesslike.
I'm considering flying to Canada with KLM. Loved the review but the seats seemed pretty narrow and not very comfortable. How comfortable would you say the seats were?

When did you have this flight? I flew same route on 18th Jan 2019 on KLM's A330-200 (although at chinese travel site fliggy, it was marketed as 787) , while i agree the crew was super welcoming but seats were old and I read at that time that they will be refurbishing the seats very soon. I pretty much slept the whole flight under the influence of medicines and only woke up when they were preparing for landing. Crew still gave me my breakfast which i had soon before landing. While boarding i request to be changed to a window and they did. Love KLM
Came here because I’m flying to the US with KLM this winter and now I’m glad I chose this airline 🙏🏼

It's probably one of the most expensive ultra short flights in the world.

Love the crew on KLM, always so dedicated and love their job. Nice product in both econ and biz, their biz seat seems to be extra long. The food is consistently not so great, bur amazing apple juice in biz.

I love KLM because it isn't a fancy but a no nonsense airline. There are better airlines with a better product, like Asian and Middle East airline companies. What I love is the crew, you can talk with them about everything. They often ask were I am going for holiday or where I am from. They even very honest. One time I said I am heading to Bali, the FA told me she doesn't have that Bali spirit, she personal preferred the Caribbean. But anyway she gave me advice what to do in Bali, it was very helpful. The KLM crew always loves to talk and they have a sense of humor. Surely they take their job very seriously. I also like their social media, like chatting via WhatsApp of FB messenger. At one flight a had a delay and missed my connection. At the transit airport I ask via FB messenger what to do next. And within a half hour KLM send me via FB a new boarding pass for a new flight. Excellent!

I always go business class but for that economy it does not look bad
In 1956 l flew KLM to Frankfort, Germany and after flying many other airlines l found KLM the best. They sat me in a seat up front next to the pilots wall and the attendances were extrodinary. They even hung a small crib on the wall in front of me for my 5 month old baby to sleep in. My father was a pilot so l had flown many airlines before and for my experience KLM was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
I want to perhaps fly KLM next April to Cape Town... but only if their aircraft on that route also has these new seats and headrests. Do you know when their entire fleet will be refurbished?

Life Saving Head Rest-but should also note Legroom ! Dutch people mostly Tall in height-so legroom should be decent in length ! If Service is good=Win Win-Situation ! Happy Landings !

Where did you ride klm?
The seats looked like boards but you were there so I guess you can tell better than me, if you want good economy travel, fly Royal Brunei economy, seats look comfy as well as being comfy, service is great,
I also do like KLM, even economy class still does pretty well. What I don't like, but this just counts for ALL airliners if you have to fly more than 12 hours economy class is just the fact you cannot sleep. I cannot sleep while sitting up or even if the chair can be pushed backwards. This is most like myself not be able to sleep, and then to sit there for over 12 hours is a real in the @ss, in both meanings of that line (lol). Sometimes i don't understand why airliners don't change the economy section for long flights into bunk beds. Lets say, stacking 2 or 3 bunk bed upon each other, and below each bed there is space for every traveler their hand luggage. If I have to choose I rather lie down for 12 hours than to sit straight.

thats how economics work- if a economy option suggested by you is offering a lie flat seat 90% of business class flyers would chose that product and destroying the business class product. Airlines need to make the cheapest class the most uncomfortable to force you to pay extra if you want that comfort
