Hey nice video, what is about the jbl tune 230nc? Are they still good? Or should i buy the jbl live pro 2 but it is worth for 130€?
Now that you mention it I wish I added them to this video, so I'll pin this comment! There are just too many buds to remember them all haha. Sound quality wise if you like over the top bass, they are better than all the buds in this video. The ANC is pretty weak though 3/5 but the fit is a 4/5 with comfort and security. The live pro 2 are much better than the 230nc in every category though. Worth spending a bit more but the 230nc can still push out more over the top bass
@@pickyaudio anker life p3?
soundpeats or anker or any other you recommend
I'm always impressed by the amount of testing you do in your comparisons. Excellent job, as always. Thank you for another great one, Picky! 👍
Thanks Z! This one took ages but I got there 😅
Thanks for the video! Ended up going with the Soundcore. Your critique saying it's a flatter curve helped a lot since that's what I typically prefer. Cheers
Really well done . Lots of time and effort and terrific editing too!
One thing, you mentioned on one, not having the ability to take out the "normal" setting on the ANC and transparency switching. Even on my earbuds with those options, I usually listen to them on normal the majority of the time. So I like that feature! Just shows everyone is looking for something different 🙂
But excellently done comparison. Really like your precise handling of all the differences.
Thanks for the comment! Yea I find it it's good to have the option to turn it off but I use ANC off a lot, mainly when listening at home
I bought the Opera 05 yesterday and I am obsessed with them! They sound insane and founs the fit good. They stay in my ears while working and the battery life so far is great. I bought mine on black friday for around £50 and is now gone back up to around £80 so definitely a bargain. Lets hope they last as long as my samsund buds. Ive had them for around 4-5 years and they are still quality. Just wanted the ability to play hi res audio now
I can only imagine how much effort you put into these comparisons Picky!
Superb showdown! 👌
Your efforts are greatly appreciated ✌.
Thank you!
Thanks Mohammad! I appreciate the support 🙌
The way you go in depth while still being succinct is marvelous. I've been waffling back and forth on what to get as a warehouse worker, so taking in mind primarily longterm fit, comfort, and IPX rating for sweat. At the same time, however, I'm extremely finicky about sound quality and preference, as I listen to a lot of electronic music that has emphasis on the bass paired with melodic treble. Even with the EQ swapping issues, I don't believe I'll be swapping that often, so I think I'll be going with the Tozo NC9 thanks to this review. Much appreciated!
How do you like them?
@@taylorsessions4143 So far I have zero complaints, with the sole exception of definitely lacking a bit more bass than I was expecting. However, I did get used to it after a few days, and now I don't mind the lowered bass. They're very sturdy, very comfortable (I enjoy the deep fit, they definitely go pretty far in), and though I do need to readjust them a little every few hours, they're quite secure and I don't have to worry about them slipping out whatsoever. Using one of them for 8 hours a day all work week starting at full charge, the case lasts the whole time without needing to be plugged in. I did end up replacing the tips with the ones off my last set, though, as they're too shallow to feel as secure as standard sizes.
@@g1sunstreaker584 that's an excellent review!
@@taylorsessions4143 happy to be of service! 🤙
genuinely the best review ive seen haha great job man keep it up
Fantastic comparisons!! Space A40 are my nighttime buds as they easily stay in after falling asleep. W240TN are one of my daily drivers; considered getting rid of them but that sound quality and custom EQ on the app keeps them here. I plan on getting the Earfun Air Pro 3 next for sure!!
Thanks! Nice set of buds right there
The edifier, are they any good for cycling, jogging or other activities?
@Svennovich Gaduniaan I would only recommend them for walking. Running or anything more physical and they will come out for sure.
Thanks
what about volume? louder?
great video man! I've always enjoyed watching your reviews! I bought the truefree 2 for working out based on your review, spot on! I'm looking to get the space a40 since the battery on my truefree 2 is dying on me. how would you compare the sound between those 2 buds? and which one of the buds in this video would you say have the closest sound to the truefree 2?
That noise cancelling demo was 🔥🔥
This helps alot!! Thanks mate 😃👍🏻👍🏻
Awesome review as always. Which tws do you consider to standout in terms of audiophile sound quality? Old or new tws
this is an excellent video. appreciate the thoroughness for those of us on the market for these
Thanks Hannah! No worries 👍😊
Bro this is the review I would do if I was locked in. Awesome and genuinely best stuff I’ve seen.
I went for the Opera05's, but I have big ears and sound quality is the most important feature to me. Thanks for the helpful review!
Thanks for the advice!!!
I've got the Zeros and some older CCAs and they are both affordable and more than adequate for gaming or listening to music.
Fantastic review. Thank you chap 😊
Amazing reviews bro ! Thank you
So detailed. Thanks picky
Thanks brother 😊
You do excellent reviews and comparisons. 👌🏽
Thank you 😊
Very complete great comparison video.
That was a great and very informative video! Very well done!
Thanks! I’m glad you found it informative 😊
I have the edifier w249tn and I love the sound of these. But the Fiil T1lite is even better sound wiseand only cost 40 bucks Detail, clarity and bass on the Fiil is phenomenal!
I was wondering if you might want to revisit the Earfun Air Pro 3 since they have had several firmware updates since launch and they don't publish ANY changelog information with their updates. Many reviewers gave tips on good EQ settings and I'm not sure if they are even relevant any more.
I am happy with my earbuds but I am really bad at finding good EQ settings so I would really appreciate a revisit to new recommended EQ settings for these earbuds in particular because I feel the EQ can really make or break these earbuds in terms of value. Cheers!
I really like the opera 05s and have no problem with the fit and look. After tweaking the eq I got them to sound good.
Thank you! This video was actually helpful!!
No worries 😊
This comparison format is so much fun to watch I just love it!
And 6:00 is exactly what I feel about the current controls 😂
Haha thanks bro! Glad i’m not just going crazy
👍👍👍👍👍
Yeah, my three favorite reviewers agree with me: Gamesky, Jefe and Picky, all love the Edifier W240TN. So happy that you finally reviewed it, compared to his rivals and found it a winner. Sound quality and BUILT quality are the top most important factors for me, while having overall good performance, and that you found exactly. At home we have tried several known brands TWS (Soundcore, Soundpeats, Earfun, etc.) But, for me, this is the first TWS that can compete with the good wired headphones I had, I'm talking Sennheiser, Koss, etc. You can only complain about the limited controls but you can actually customize them to what really matters to you. I chose next track, volume up and switching between ANC ON and transparency. Pause / Play are fixed. One last tip: Search and try the EQ settings of one of the top Amazon reviewers, he basically bumps up the midbass a little so you can hear the bass guitar a little better over the sub bass. Perfection.
I'm glad you're liking them as well! I'll have to check that out
Hey can you tell me what the EQ settings were exactly? I can't find the amazon review you are talking about.
Who is the Amazon reviewer you’re talking about?
The bass booster preset on Space A40 has a good amount of bass and clarity
Great review
Another amazing video. Thanks for the content.
No worries I’m glad you’re enjoying it 😊
What are your thoughts on the Jabra Evolve2 Buds? I know it's a special headphone and may not fit into your program but I'd love to see a review from you. There are many different opinions on this but I don't really know what to make of it.
Great reviews
Good review picky!
Thanks bro 😊
hey bro and in comparison which one do you consider better, soundpeats opera 05 vs soundcore liberty 3 pro?
Appreciate your work please do one more thing can you add some sound samples with binaural recording btw you already gives lots of details review 👍👍👍
Thanks! Potentially down the track
Always enjoy your reviews from down under dude. Thank you for your hard work. A question please. I'm new to wireless earbuds and bought the Soundpeats mini pro, which I really enjoy (My phone is an LG V60 (Quad Dac onboard). The type of sound that I enjoy is Sony MDR 7506. Also use Sennheiser 660S when things are quieter. I now want to buy the edifier W240TN which is the only available Edifier buds (of the newer range), in S.A. at the moment. my question is this. I have only high res files on my phone. Will the difference in sound between the Mini Pro (Aptx Adaptive) and the Edifier W240TN be very noticeable? Regards!
I have the W240TN and trust me it's amazing even compared to wired headphones. I also have an LDAC capable tws at home and the Edifier sounds way better.
Thanks David. The W240TN will still sound better
Hey Picky, I've picked up 3 Soundpeats TWS earbuds just from watching your videos. Including the H1.
Just curious, how would you compare the H1 and Edifier W240TN? Regarding sound quality and other things. Thanks.
The H1 has a more over the top bass boosted tuning. Clarity goes to the 240tn
Tozo nc7 has ear detection and is able to toggle between anc on off, with other comparables to the nc9
How good is the NC compared to others?
These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. czcams.com/users/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.
The best review I’ve seen, thx
Thank you 😊
Do you recommend the Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro?
Hello from Colombia!!!
Soundcore space A40 or Beats studio buds + ??????
Thankyou
I really liked the a40's a lot. However they kept breaking. The right bud would start squeeking and die. I went through 3 pairs and gave up.
thanks so much for this video
You're welcome!
Outstanding review video 👍
Thanks!
I've been rockin' the Edifiers in dynamic mode since last year; They sound awesome! I'm all about multiple *dynamic* drivers(BA always sound harsh/unnatural to me), won't buy anything else at this point
Very nice 👍😊
Which one of these would you suggest for the gym?
Excellent video bro 👏🏼
Thanks brother 😊
I think that some categories should be worth more than others, because they are more important. Other than that, the video was great, very thorough, and I really enjoyed it :)
I was able to get one of the original Edifier W240TNs for $35 the cheapest I could find. Is it the best? for this price
Bro which one best sound and bass, anc performance Capsule 3 pro vs opera 05 / 1 More Pistonbuds Pro
You should check out the Guning S2 earbuds, curious what's goin on with those.
How is the latency on opera 3? I would like to use it for gaming.
Should I buy the earfün air pro 3 or the soundpeats air4 pro
Hey! I lost my one of the S Linkbuds S earbuds 😮 How do they compare to the Edddies 240's? 😊
Just discovered this review, i really appreciated the app review as well, bought the soundcore by anker space a40 due to this review. Just an amazing review
Thanks! Enjoy the A40 👍
@@pickyaudio best purchase ever!
@@pickyaudio which is better, soundcore life dot 3i or edifier w240tn?
hi i was thinking of live pro 2 or liberty 3? i work from home and i also run outdoor everyday, so one with a good mic and sound quality is a must for me and these 2 are the ones that stood up for my budget. which one is better?
Hey! The quality is so close but The jbl live pro 2 works much better when running/exercising. They have very minimal body Bourne noise form the impact you make on the ground when running
I'm looking for pods to use at work that are best to use in a noise office, and it only picks up my voice and not the entire office - any suggestions
Thanks legend, just bought the edifiers through your link. I was tossing up between a sub $100 pair or to lash out and get momentum 3’s. By the sounds of it the momentum’s are not 6 times better as the price suggests.
Thanks for using the link! Yea exactly 👍
Amazing video as always! Sir, I wanted to ask your opinion on which earphones would you recommend for budget of around $50? I am currently looking at:
SoundPEATS Mini, Life, Free2 Classic
Realme Air2 Neo and Air3 Neo and Realme Q
Edifier X3s.
SoundPEATS Sonic is a long shot as it is getting out of my budget,
but I really want a TWS that can last long enough (~1-2 years), more clarity and high sound quality (less bass) and possibly AptX. I don't mind having ANC but I don't use it that much. I would also appreciate good build quality out of these, and preferably NON-STEM design. Please do recommend me any out of these or if you can mention any other TWS, please let me know!
Do yourself a favor and maker the effort to buy the Edifier WT240N, the sound is amazing, great built quality and all the other feautures are very good too.
@@sacriste Man that's damn expensive, more expensive than Sonic which is already a long shot. Appreciate the feedback though!
Thanks Saad, I have not tested those Realme buds but any earbud lasting 2-3 years requires a bit of luck. Even buds form Apple, sony, sennheiser etc, can die after a few months. The free 2 classic would be my best pick though
@@pickyaudio Thank you so much for your reply! I wanted to ask that if I'm willing to compromise on build quality, which out of these should I get:
Edifier X3s
SoundPEATS Mini
SoundPEATS Free2 Classic?
I want good sound quality and low latency/gaming mode because I usually play fps games with these tws. They are at a similar price so I would love your reply on these! I love the AptX Adaptive on X3s but just wanted to make sure which one out of these would be ideal choice!
TIA
How do the Edifier W240TNs compare to the Edifier TWS1 Pro 2?
Excuse me sir but how does the soundcore A40 holds up to other air pods sutch as the sonny linkbuds S or even the XM4 ?
Super close to the Linkbuds S, I prefer the sound of the Linkbuds though
Thank you, I love your videos! You were one of the reasons I bought my Edifier NeoBuds Pro last year and I have no regrets!
Actually, I'm currently looking for a good sounding pair of over-ear headphones with nice ANC that won't break my budget, and I'm looking towards Soundcore Space Q45. I haven't seen you reviewing headphones recently, but maybe you're familiar with them. Would you recommend Q45 or do you have other headphones in mind?
Nice I’m glad you liked the neobuds. Yea I just haven’t had the time to review headphones as well so I’m super behind the latest. I have tried them q45 but I didn’t really like the sound. I know edifier makes some good headphones though
@@pickyaudio thank you, I appreciate your responsiveness! :)
How would the soundpeats mini pro compare to these earbuds
What do you think about the redmi buds 4 pro
Is opera 3's sound quality better than opera 5?
Please reply
U said this somewhere, i just cant find it
I’ve been buying earbuds to try out and funny thing is I just got the space a40 and the earfun pro3 an hour before I found this video 😂 you confirmed I made the right choice haha
Haha nice!
which one do u prefer in terms of sound quality/clarity?
I was listening to this in the soundcore space a40 😂
Picky my guy... awesome awesome review thank you
Des my man! No worries, thanks for tuning in as always 😊
I wonder if you have heard of Jabra Elite 5?
How does it compare to these earbuds? For example, in terms of ANC, Transparency.
I don’t own them
Sure makes a lot of work for you, PA!?! When will we get a pair that does everything beautifully, & then be able to choose what we like to have them do, LOL?! Or does one have to be really rich? I still appreciate your reviews though & am pleased with some pairs like Space A40 you have recommended, so :- Thank you☕️🕊️😊
Picky is a boss
😘
Does edifier adaptive noise reduction allow you to hear music better while riding by managing to cover the engine noise? A thousand thanks
Yep they work well at blocking out engine noise
Earfun fixed the audio quality and also added wind noise reduction with the most current firmware and app. The highs, mids and lows all sound way better then they originally did.
I would have loved this, but the battery of the one I got on Amazon was terrible. Casing goes from 100-64% on a single pods charge
@@ibks001 yeah mine will last between 2 and 3 full charges depending on how often I put the earbuds back into the case and how loud I have my music plus the use of ambient or noise cancelling cuts into the battery life. I might try with Aptx turned off to see if the battery life improves. But I usually average about 6 hours with mine with everything turned on. I think 9 hours was with AAC and nothing else on.
Hey, can you Give me a suggestion? I am in the Samsung ecosystem. Buds 2 pro, watch 4 and s22. But i can't connect my buds 2 pro to my windows laptop. I need a budget tws with dual pairing and only for Zoom meetings and calls on my mobile, As i can't spend much money again.
Soundcore Space A40 or Earfun air pro 3 have multi device connection.
I was really hoping to find some without any noise cancelling. I use my earbuds to listen to music/podcasts when I'm working in my office but I still need to be able to actually hear what's going on outside of what I'm listening to (I generally don't use both of my earbuds because of this). It seems like any good earbuds you can find now have NC and I'd rather not pay for something I'm never going to use.
Sony wcf500 buddy
Jabra has great "pass through" technology.
What’s the top best for under £45 are p20i good
Thanks man! The exact video I’ve been looking for. And I have just one question.
Regardless of the price what would you choose between
Soundpeat free 2 Classic
Vs
Soundcore Space A40
I vote Space A40, has everything for less than $100.
No worries! Space A40
There should be a firmware update on the earfuns that retunes the sound out of the box. Not sure why you didn't do or get that it fixes the problem you talk about. Thank you great job on the comparisons. Cheers from N. California. 💯👍🇺🇸
I saw that on Gamesky's video. But I had them updated to the latest firmware and there was no change, not sure what was going on there
Thank you for that info I wonder what's going on? 👍🇺🇸
@@mikeevans7381 yeah because the update did fix the muddy sound on mines
I did update on an iPhone 12 Pro, so maybe android updates it correctly. This has happens with buds in the past
The Beats Studio pro just came out can you do a review on those?
Yea I’m keen to, whenever they come out in Aus
I'm thinking about the space a40, I have the liberty pro 3's and really don't like them. Don't stay in my ears well, case is weird, battery life is not good but for work buds I think the space a40 are worth a shot.
The lib3 also don't stay in my ear that well. A40 should work better
Just here for the algorithm! 🥰
My man 🙌
Thanks! Great must have been at least a 5 red bull video.....
Thanks for the donation Ken! I just turned this feature on yesterday (I didn't know it existed) so you're the first. And yes, I was so caffeinated during the editing I lost a sense of space and time, which I think has found itself into the editing style 😅
broo. you are king...

Are the Jbl Live pro 2 worth for 85€? Or should i get EarFun air pro 3 for 72€ or pther good ones?
Live pro 2 all the way

Thanks! You’re also the best 😊
Can you do neckbands?
Need a under $50 tws comparison!!
Yes indeed 🤔
liberty 4..,Apparently the
SpinFit Omni for True Wireless Earbuds will fit, mine on order
Is it me or does the Soundcore a40 microphone sound better than the JBL Live pro 2? Just comparing your video recordings lol, Think I might of found a new Option.
I just compared as well haha. Yea the A40 is much better!
Call Quality, I actually like the AirPro 3 the best. I don't know if that's just me.
Edifier sounded nice without amplifiying too much in the call quality. Not sure why it ranked 3.5/5
Is earfun air pro 3 good and your opinion on the earbuds?
Watch the video
I wish you do a build quality analysis
Any tips to get better security for space a40?
Try larger ear tips, or tips with more grip like the spinfit CP360
Soundcore A40 or JBL Live 2 pro?
They are both about $120 AUD atm so i'm having a hard time deciding between them, based on your video call quality is clearer on a40, sound quality idk but a40 has LDAC and JBL does not.
The Sennheiser CX Plus are also $120 AUD 😒
Yea it’s pretty close. If you like a more bass boosted tuning go for JBL. If you don’t mind a more balanced tuning the A40 is the go
@@pickyaudio Annndd... if we add the Sennheiser into the mix?
Thanks for replying btw!
