Hello CZcams! With all this chatter about the new queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 9, I figured I would dig into my closet and hunt down my ‘winter wonderland fairy princess who resides over the pits of hell’ look.
Join me on a journey back to my time on All Stars 4, reminiscing about the preparation, my headspace and all those moments that have somehow stayed controversial ever since the season aired in 2019.

"iconic moment" is an understatement, you are one of the very few queens who managed to completely dismantle whole format... and that Manila tea just makes me love that moment even more.
For me she was top 2 for girl group, snatch game, Jersey justice and make over. She really slayed that season.
I agree! Though I would still maintain that Monét and Valentina were the rightful top two in the girl group episode.

@@amiraking6688all the small stuff that led to Naomi picking Manila to be eliminated due to not trusting her. Like how Manila agreed that Naomi and her would be top 2 for the court scene, but after critics Manila agreed with the judges that she outshined Naomi. When Naomi voted for Manila, her onscreen reasoning was because she was big competition and couldn't be trusted. The audience assumed she meant not trustworthy because of Manila trying to save Latrice over Monet despite Latrice having the worse track record, but Naomi had other reasons like the one I mentioned.

It’s anyone’s game and rule was win the lipsync and you get to pick who goes home, naomi ate that lipsync and CHOPPED manila rightfully so😂

Why did I fully think Club 96 won that episode? It’s so iconic that I must have completely suppressed the robbery in my mind.
Not only did it not win, Valentina went home because of it. One of the biggest travesties of all time.

My biggest outtake from this isn't all the backstage tea about AS4, it's how incredibly deep and insightful Naomi's memory and ability to recall is (so Virgo of her obvs)

For real. Even tho she first appeared in S8 she has that OG Bish Vibe. The girls these days be like "there is some teaaaa 👀" and it is like a group chat message being left on seen or someone helping out with sewing for a challenge or borrowing a wig. The last real US season drama to me was people "stealing" Ariel Versace's wigs on S11 or Serena Cha Cha scamming Akeria.

Club 96 was like Jinkx's Delusion commercial. Both are the only memorable parts of the episode still mentioned to this day and deserved the win.

@@MarioMVasilev And do you remember anything of the one who won? They weren't just regular challenges, they were SPECIFICALLY about marketability and selling/appealing to people. Their longevity in terms of references, memorability, and etc. further prove the ironic fact that they should've won.
I remember watching that season and thinking almost every week, "Oh, Naomi ate this up, she´ll be in the top 2 for sure". I will never understand why the producers did you so dirty

I've not really kept up with the show since Season 12 but Naomi is one of the few queens who I still follow and will always eagerly look forward to whatever she does in her career. Love you queen!
