This is very different from Reagan who reduces smart taxes that the government recuperated through more tax income, not so for Trump. I prefer a large stimulus package, for decades US infrastructure is crumbling, bridges collapse. Furthermore oil will end and the US will become dependent on foreign energy once more. Hence the stimulus package from Biden leading to a significant increase in jobs also outside of the traditional urban centers. Furthermore Biden did what Trump did not, he lowered insulin prices from 700-1000 USD per month to 35 usd (!) and reformed the system so health care related debt does not affect the credit score of people. These are things that matter, anyone can get cancer and often have to sell their home if they don’t;t have good health care insurance. So here you have my reasons I believe Biden’s policies Trump those of Trump who paralyzed EPA and allowed chemical factories (see Tennessee ) to poison community waterways and allowed to drill in National parks. Furthermore, it is appalling that he earned millions of tax payer money hosting all kinds of delegations (even putting drivers in 1000 USD per night suites) in his DC Trump hotel.

Well, I can't speak to Biden's policies here, but it wasn't Trump's policies that kept housing inexpensive. It was inflation (that began under Trump) as well as price gouging. Rental companies all use the same computer algorithm to price apartments so there's no real competition and no reason for them to reduce prices. We either pay the prices they want us too, or we are homeless.
