We have a 74 MF245 and my grandpa bought it brand new and we have at my house a few generations later it runs amazing. That Perkins 3 cylinder has never been rebuilt or had anything done to it besides yearly maintenance.
Nice looking Massey Ferguson! We has a 1155 when i was little, traded it for a 2745 in 84... yes, they had problems, but ours was late enough, it was ok. Broke in at 169hp pto, never turned up

I've never been around too many Masseys but it looks like it would work pretty good on a hydraswing swather.
