Kung ilang calories, carbs, protein, fats yung breakfast, lunch, Dinner and snacks na prepare mo. Like for example yung breakfast Calories- 550gram Carbs-65 Fats- 36 Protein- 54 Suggestion lang Naman po. Kasi dahil po sa content na to may maganda meal Nanaman ako naisip. Hahaha!

You can put those veggies uncook in every box then cook it when you want to eat it. The reason is to make veggies fresh to eat than frozen veggies. Low carb is the most effective way to reduce weight Kasi carb is mostly responsible for unwanted fats in the body.

Are meal preps realistic though? I mean, you eat the same thing over and over again every single day for a week? What happens to the texture of the food after being refrigerated or frozen for days? I commend you for your effort. Im just really curious as to how this will work.
If you're picky about your food variety it might not work for you. The variety of your food per week is up to you. If you want 3 types of meals or 5 types of meals it's really up to you. Find what's best and what will work for you. I usually mix things around. Example, I prep a burger mix but I don't cook it, I only cook a few for 2 meals, then freeze the rest for the following week. Lots of food are still good when heated in the microwave but it won't work for anything that's fried. I think that's the reason why she opted for marinated chicken. Those things are still good when re-heated. Sometimes I quickly reheat meals in the pan instead of microwave.
I find the amount of protein a bit low. Also I notice fat is quite low. The lower carbs should be replaced in more protein and fats. I got some ideas though on how to cook the eggs...will try it. Also, I would avoid the packaged veggies used because it contains corn and peas which are not recommended low carbs food.

If your goal is to maintain weight and not lose weight, it's okay to incorporate few amounts of corn and carrots. Hindi naman umabot ng 1 cup ang carrots and corn nya sa isang serving. 1 cup of carrots is around 9 grams of carbs while 1 cup of corns 41 grams. If yan lang carbs mo for the day, then that's still low carb.
if the meals are good for one week, is it stored in refrigerator? will it still taste good if refrigerated? and the nutrients , will it be still as nutritious as prepared?
To keep it fresh, I stored the veggies raw, washed and cut-up on a seperate container. I steam it on the day I will eat them. The protein will keep it’s taste as long as the fridge is in the coldest setting. I haven’t search about the nutrients though.

No Breakfast (I'm trying to lose weight)
Lunch - 80G Chicken Breast
- 100g Green Beans
- 100g Cauliflower (cheaper than Brocolli XD)
Dinner - 5pcs Egg Whites
- 2pcs Egg Yolk
- 50g Mushrooms
