How to replace the inner pads of an Abus Airbraker

This is the best way to replace the inner pads on an Abus Airbraker or Stormchaser when your helmet comes with a flat screw installed to hold the inner pads.
In my case I destroyed the inner pads when I tried to pop up this screw.
Now I found a solution to avoid doing the same mistake with me. and of curse I am sharing this with you.
