I completely understand. I grew up playing piano, competitions, musicals, plays..but if I have more than 4-5 people over to my house, even friends, I kinda get hyper stressed and go into hyper cleaning etc. It's like when you grow up preforming you're used to putting on a show for a large amount of people, but people in your home are more intimate. It's the real you. Your vid was fantastic and the hard work showed. Take time for yourself :) and Happy New Year

Joyce, I used to put the covered cocotte into the oven at 175 degrees for 2 hours. It turned out tender and nice but I will follow your recipe and compare. Love you Joyce.❤️❤️❤️

Use instant pot instead. Will save you lots of time. I dump everything in the pot and set medium cook and it only takes 1.5 hours. No need to dice or cut up the onions and carrots. You should try it!
