      @@jackjack8205 Well that was also equally great but then as Australia retained the ashes, I gave this knock an upper hand, but I wouldn't want to take anything away from Stokes.
      "Have a day off?" that line was quite unnecessary though because our thoughts might not coincide and it is absolutely normal, atleast that is how it works out for me. On a lighter side though, given the Covid crisis I am having a day off everyday.

      Honestly, I don't think they've tried to project Archer as the villain at all. The documentary doesn't even refer to the fact that Archer didn't even check on Smith after he got him on the neck.

      @@Bernie8330 I'm also more bothered by how the Headingly test was lost but there is a common factor between that loss and this decision here - Joel Wilson who had an absolute shocker of an Ashes series. He was the third umpire here and the on field umpire who turned down a plumb LBW appeal by Nathan Lyon that would have won us the match, and the series. Yes, Payne also has to share part of the blame after wasting his challenges but i still hold Wilson more at fault.

      I'll never forgive that asshole for him turning down Lyon's very clearly out appeal in the dying stages of the Headingley Test. I know and and remain upset that Aus messed up their reviews, but reviewing is only a minor part of the players' job. For umpires, that is supposed to be their bread and butter.

    Had the pleasure of meeting marnus and playing in a 6 a side tourney with him, before the ashes. Lovely bloke and stuck around to play all day. Remember him being unsure as to whether he'd get a go in the ashes, even though it was against us was great to see him do well

    Took my 7 year old to watch him bat in January test. You can tell how much form he was in.
