Omg!!!! I am going thru this same thing with my now-abusive ex. It's been going on for MONTHS!!!!! It is now turning into a serious matter and is scaring the shit out of me. It's such a mentally depressing and traumatizing time for me. I'm paranoid and constantly look over my shoulder because I feel like he will abuse or attack me as he does. He has held guns in my mouth and up to my head forcing me to say things so he can record them on his phone and then get me in trouble. Then next day apologizes and swears he didn't mean it....blah blah blah. They manipulate, and abuse you mentally and physically, and then show you the most love in the world. They lovebomb you. Thennnnn to do this and spy on you. The most invasion of privacy in my life. On all forms too. I am looking for a therapist because this is so mentally taking its toll on my body as Doctors think I have a life-or-death medical condition that is easily triggered and escalated by stress. Imagine that. So if I end up dying from all this stress and trauma this has caused me does he pay for it? Highly doubtful

For past few months I had this feeling as if someone's stalking me and keeping a tab of everything I do on my social accounts. I have stopped posting stuff online. The thought of being stalked scares me and I guess the stalker is none another than my crazy ex.
Change your passwords and your internet passwords in case your ex knows that . Block your ex and check your home for bugs too , plus your car for a tracker . Report to the police and the social media site ,I’m told to use Air Guard app to make sure trackers aren’t colliding me .

Thank you, you have just saved me from years of tracking since 2015, especially with the phone being hot, which is then used to abuse me with serious invasion of body privacy by scanning of my body through the heat and then an app is used to scan and massage my body parts, I find it even difficult to explain, you may be better acquainted with it. Following one aspect of you instructions I went to Settings and Contacts Cloud and switched off the permission, I believe this has brought an end to the abuse. Thank you.

Great information! I have IDShield, and it has Trend Micro, VPN Proxy and Password Manager. I’m setting those up on my iPhone AND iPad.
The phone anti-virus doesn't detect a malware in my device. I have samsung s21 and my phone is consuming lot of energy and memory like it keeps opening apps. Yea I have this problem bad something or someone is monitoring my phone. I have discovered funny looking apps but it is grayed out so I can't uninstall. I even tried to download a VPN, but I feel like google is the main problem to install apps. My phone always getting overheated for no reason. I get so many spam calls but it doesn't match the number on my call history, it actually shows my number instead of all the calls that coming in. When I'm on calls I hear noise in background. When I read the app information to see what kind of app is installed..it shows some app can be changed without my knowledge. It shows the apps can interfere with my network. It's a lot of thing I can't explain or even find a real technician that can help or know what in talking about. I really need help I just need help to get the proof I need ,so something can be done

I suspect my neighbor has some kind of bug on either my phone or computer because even if i look at just local weather in the morning and nothing else, they will know I'm up and text me. It's very suspicious. I have facebook messenger on both my phone and computer but only use the phone one for emergencies when I'm out. anyway, what can I do and how can I find out? My computer does have Bitdefender and keeps having a popup that they have detected a suspicious thing and took care of it and when I looked it's pretty much always the same one. I don't know anything about computers so please help.

This is probably very common because of the capabilities of cellphones to collect data and the poor security and/or policing in general, tracking someone’s location is illegal in many countries as police can’t even do it without a warrant, same with monitoring peoples activity… just don’t rely on the ISP or police to do anything about it 👍
This could also be very dangerous and could be used for the wrong reason ppl will abuse it or use it in the wrong manner so if your married or with someone for a long time inl understand your tired of the games but stalkers or dating someone Early on can do this to you is wrong

I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet that is upgraded to Android 13. I have 2 Solitaire games that I am suspicious of. They are made by mobilityware. Sometimes when I am playing them, the screen will go blank for a split second, then immediately come back on. It reminds me of a shutter action on a camera. None of my other games do this. Should I be concerned?

Your mother knows the damage it has caused you, she witnessed you growing and evolving into an adult who lacks trust, now you telling me she stayed because of you or because of herself because she wanted too? No parent deliberately puts that kind of trauma on to their child unless they have something to gain from it themselves which was most probably financial security so your mother chose material and financial security over protecting her children. I think both of your parents have issues not just your father and neither protected you. Your parents do not define who you are or your future. You need to heal my friend. Please watch Aaron doughty, he has many different videos on healing, choose one that applies and watch. My father was also a womaniser but I understand because he used to be a public figure with prestige and has wealth so succumbed to weakness, I don't follow what he did but I still enjoy his advice even if he's a hypocrite so what, his advice still good. Desperation got the best of me and I tried to set up a password and get the voicemail they left for me. The system ate up my password and denied me access to the voicemail. I know my neighbor and a couple of his friends have been peeping through the holes in blinds were the strings go through and I'm 90 percent sure either a listing device is in my place it's a mobile home so device can easily be put underneath any room. I confronted him and he bitched about my music and TV being to loud so he was trying to prove a point and said that he done messing with me but I'm not believing him. I don't know if this matters but this mobile home park has Comcast cable and if you join it because you save money but we all have the same ip address and i know my phone gets bugged and i reset the phone but it doesn't take long to get bugged again
My sister had hackers on her phone now. For 4 years she has not been able to get them off. We have tried everything. New phones, new SIM cards, she even had to turn off het wi-fi services. Wr even send her phones to the FBI. We have no clue
