I enjoy watching you create beautiful wreaths & listening to your valuable tips!! I found you on youtube when I was looking to redo a store bought wreath after painting my front door. Now I'm hooked on making wreaths!
I love hearing that! Thanks for watching ♥️
Thank you for all your videos. My favorite tip from you was staying organized. I save money by collecting natural things from outside. I have a chestnut tree near me lots of pinecone trees, my friends, even save pinecones for me when they go on trips. acorns are great and just anything else I find. After the ready, I tend to spray paint them gold, and make them into Christmas wreaths with red berries and Holly. I cut a lot of the pinecones into dahlia flowers. I pruning the top about halfway down the pinecone.
Glad that was helpful! And I love that you collect natural things from outside! That’s great!
My hint is to keep a notebook with info on the percent off you got when you buy clearance items. When you're pricing out an item later, it will help you remember what you actually paid
Great tip! Thanks for sharing!
I write the price on the tag including tax.
Does this mean when your pricing your wreath you charge the regular price and nt the sale price
@@gailtilton6528 no, I price using the sale price as reference and pricing on comparable items on Etsy, etc
Whenever I look, shop or want new Holiday decor I think do I have room to store it-i have limited space-not the case for everyone-i was surprised at my local Burlington store the prices seemed like they doubled for decor-I bought cute candle wreaths they are so pretty and seasonal at World Market on sale and used them for candles and on the back of my chairs,or in small windows with believer ribbon and saves on storage,I also put them on a base of a lantern with a battery operated candle.
I would love to see more Wreathmaking organization and storage hacks.
I just love when I see something new from you 🎉xx
Aww thank you! I appreciate you watching! 🥰
@@JennysWreathBoutique I said to my husband Jenny’s on Yes 🥰
That little wreath you made from leftovers is gorgeous! I am half Scottish, so your frugal streak appeals to my sensibilities!!
Thanks so much! So glad you liked that! Oh yes, I’m all about being frugal and not wasting anything 🌿
Great ideas! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
I make mesh wreath but have been adding greenery or flowers since watching you. Can you make a video showing us which is best to stock up on after season?
Hi! I made a video like that for Michaels’ summer sale and I shared my top tips for shipping end of season sales and what I’m looking for. Those tips apply to any season! Here’s a link to that! I hope it’s helpful! czcams.com/video/-t_POSXcTIA/video.html
Love this video
Thank you!
For natural wreaths, I enjoy taking the dog for a walk and finding what I can out in nature while we get some exercise. I look for pine cones, bitter sweet, shells just anything I might be able to use in my wreaths. I usually put what I find in a Ziploc bag and place in freezer for a few days to kill off any critters.
Love that!!
Whenever I have stems, even if the bush still has flowers on it, I cut those stems off & keep them in a baggie. Saves space & keeps the bush from tangling as much on the others in the same bin.
Thanks for sharing!
I'm just about to start making some grapevine Wreaths, have been watching your videos to learn from you! Thank you!
Thanks for watching! I’m glad you’re going to start making some grapevine wreaths! They’re my favorite (if you couldn’t tell 😆)
Jenny I love the honesty that you show...you are the best teacher 💖..I can't wait to join your designer club..I am on the waiting list
Aww thanks so much, Gail! Can’t wait to have you in the group!
Great tips. Organization is my downfall. I’ve made a promise to myself that as soon as the holidays are over, I’m organizing my wreath area. I’ve overbought and found I had the items. Every tip was very useful
Thank you for sharing!!
So glad these were all helpful! Yes, that’s where I struggle the most too. But it’s SO helpful! I’ll also be working on my wreath room then! We can do this!
Great tips Jenny, organization is key in my opinion. Saves a lot of time and money. Hope your Christmas holiday was enjoyable for you and your family.
Thank you! Yes! It seems like everything else stems from organization 🙌🏼
Thank you so much. I do save stems to use as picks, & thanks to your great tutorials, although I dont want a business, it’s just that I’m running out of room, I sold four Christmas wreaths! xx
Haha yes! I love that you sold 4 Christmas wreaths! That can clear up some space and give you some funds for the next project!
Great tips Jenny. Very helpful. I love new videos from you!
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching!
Great tips! Really useful ideas! The tip about organizing is so true. I can't count the times I bought something that I later found I already had. I am in the process of organizing my space, and it's so nice to know exactly where to find something that I need. Thank you for the ideas!
So glad you liked them! Yes, everything stems from organization 🙌🏼. Thanks for watching!
I just enjoy your page, so much information
I’m to happy to hear it! Thanks for watching 🥰

Great tips friend ❣
I also get ribbon on sale. I'm so happy to have it when I need it 😍
Hope you have a blessed new year ahead! ❤
So glad you liked these tips! Yes having good ribbon on hand is so nice 🙌🏼. Thank you! You have a blessed new year too!
Jenny, question you mentioned in your vid that you will be hosting a wreath making classes how would you go about doing that and how much would you charge, please let me know when you get a chance. Thanks
Hi! I’m working with a local business to set that up. Maybe I should make a video about it. As for how much to charge, that depends on your area, and the cost of the materials and your time.
@@JennysWreathBoutique thank you
Hi jenny i wfill have surgery at the end of March on my carpal tunnel right hand. Finally.
Oh glad you’re getting that fixed! I hope you have a speedy recovery ♥️
I also keep a note of what I buy & how much they cost! xx
Nice! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jenny! I love your videos! I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. I am a creative person and have recently started making balloon garlands and I decorated the office where I work for Christmas. My co-workers loved my decorations and I ended up making 2 more wreaths for two of our other offices. Just last week my boss asked me to make 16 wreaths for our other 4 offices to gift to our referring doctors (I work for a physical therapist clinic) for Valentine's Day. I am making the tulip heart wreath and I will be making a couple of different deco mesh and grapevine wreaths. I was curious, my boss will be paying for all the supplies but, how much would you recommend charging to for my time? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I am also planning on opening an Etsy shop within the next month.
Hi Marie! Thanks so much! Wow that’s great that you’re doing that! As far as what to charge for your time, it really depends on how fast you are and how well you make them. Early on I’d charge less, and the better and faster you get, the more you can charge for your time. I would start with charging whatever you currently make per hour at your regular job.
@@JennysWreathBoutique Thank you for your reply! That's what I was thinking. I've made wreaths for myself in the past, but never sold them. I'm a perfectionist, so I know they will be made well. lol
Where you buy your leaves ?
Lots of different places! I have a free cheat sheet of my favorite places to get wreath making supplies. The link to get it is in the video description :)
Ido like you
Sales were the pits this Christmas...
No way! I saw lots of great deals! Online selection was a little more sparse than normal in a couple places, but in stores were pretty great! Of course nothing like last year with all those Christmas florals, but that’s not normal.
Hello Jenny, I watch a lot of your video's and I get emails from you also. I have a question to ask you but I would prefer not to put it as a comment. What is the best way to contact you? You are amazing and so nice.
Hi Kim! Instagram or email is best :)
